Stayed May 18, 2026We had a great time staying at this property. It was a perfect location near lol the things we wanted to do in Louisville. It was also well located for our various trips on the bourbon trail. The host was easy to reach and would always answer our questions quickly.

Stayed May 11, 2026This house is just what we needed. We came to visit Cave Hill cemetery and to bike the greenways in Louisville and across the river in Indiana. Since we were going to split up and had only one car, half the party was able to walk to the cemetery in less than 10 minutes and the other half drove over to the riverfront park in less than 15 minutes. We could walk over to the many restaurants and shops in the area. We arrived to find the house in immaculate condition. It is modern, spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals, and even had a pitcher to make tea in. We were impressed that some of the receptacles had USB ports so we could charge numerous devices at once. There is a fenced-in locked patio where we could put our bikes every night. We loaded and unloaded every day in the rear parking area which was very easy and convenient. Parking on the street is also very convenient and probably preferred since it’s so close. Overall, this property surpassed what we were expecting. Excellent communication with the owner made everything a breeze. We’d love to come stay here again in the future!

Stayed Apr 24, 2026My group of 6 had a lovely stay at the Brew & View property. It was the perfect size for 6 adults with the rooms far enough away from each other for privacy and common areas being very spacious. We loved the convenience of the house to downtown Louisville as well as the Nulu area. House was clean and well stocked for our 3 night stay. We did a mix of walking and short Lyft drives to get around town at all times of the day. Overall, this was a great find and a great value.

Stayed Apr 8, 2026The house was at a great location and we enjoyed our stay. It would have been nice if the basement bedroom was insulated to keep out the upstairs noise and there was at least a half bath. The communication with the host was good and shared a lot of information about the area.

Stayed Mar 28, 2026If you are looking for a place to stay in Louisville, look no further! View and Brew is a great place to stay. Close to everything you would want to do! The house was clean, decorated accordingly to it's name (so many cute signs), sitting out on the deck relaxing with a drink was great and the communication with both the owner and property manager was amazing. We will be back!

Stayed Mar 14, 2026Glen was great to work with, and the property was great - their recent remodel was beautiful, while still maintaining its charm and historic character that fits with the neighborhood. Really loved our first visit to Louisville and would love to come back sometime soon; hopefully in the same place.

Stayed Dec 11, 2025House was clean and decorated nicely. It was easier to park on street (as our host suggested beforehand)--our stay was during a winter storm. Our only recommendation is to include that the basement bedroom does not have central heat (space heaters were used)--completely understandable due to the age of the house (though it has been renovated well and is very charming). Overall, great stay!

Stayed Nov 26, 2025Excellent stay. Really appreciated the small touches ie. the cold pitcher and glasses in the fridge. Better directions to the alley for rear parking would be appreciated as we arrived after dark. Will decimates stay again!
