Brevard one level close to downtown, hiking and biking!

We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this one is by far the best. Quiet location, close to stores and the Pisgah national Forest, home to numerous waterfalls. Only a 25-30 min drive to Hendersonville. Home was very clean and extremely comfortable. Plenty of room for our crew! Will book again!

The stay was great; and if we ever had an issue with something or needed something, the host was readily available and made sure we were taken care of. The home was definitely clean and had a lot of great amenities. Very close to a lot of great eating places and waterfalls too! Located in a nice, peaceful neighborhood. The only thing I would say would be if you have a large group and plan to cook, you mignt want to bring some bigger pans/a griddle with you, and some board/card games with you. Overall though, very great place!

We have been coming to Brevard for Bloody Saturday for several years now. This year our son, his wife, and boys were to join us,along with our daughter. An unforeseen death of a friend prevented our son and daughter in law from coming, however we came up with our daughter and our grandson, aged 12. The house was very nice, exactly as described. It was spacious, clean, in a marvelous and quiet neighborhood. We spent most of our days on the E. Fork, fishing and visiting with friends and Sunday we were in Toxaway at our friend's home, but the time we spent on Deerwoode Lane was very relaxing. Sunday morning we even had the pleasure of watching a white squirrel scampering in the trees and yard next door. We were so pleased with the house and will definitely book again...maybe in Novemeber to do some Christmas shopping!

Our stay at the home was perfect for our little family (my husband and our two year old). We went for two nights to check out the Brevard area/activities, and this was a perfect abode to come home every day/night. Comfortable, clean, safe and quiet. Will recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Deerwoode Place. It's a comfortable house within minutes of driving to everything Brevard area has to offer. Perfect for a group of five friends needing a place to stay while mountain biking or adventure riding in Pisgah and Dupont. House is clean, has well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed hanging out by the firepit in the evenings. Would stay again.

This is a nice place for the price. It was very clean and exactly as pictured. It was great for a weekend stay.

Great property. Location was fantastic. Only a few minutes to downtown Brevard, grocery store, etc. House was located in a quiet neighborhood. Nice wooded lot where we spent our mornings bird watching and looking at the white squirrels. The house was perfect, no issues at all. Great communication from the owner. Will definitely book this property again when we come back.
