Description

An old Breton fisherman's house, beautifully renovated in an ideal location. You have direct access to the sandy beach without having to cross a street and a wonderful panoramic view of the sea from the garden, the terrace, the living room and the bedrooms. The house is a little higher, you go down a slope to the beach. Therefore, the property is almost invisible from the beach. You can sit comfortably and undisturbed on the terrace or in the living room, enjoy the wonderful view and have theimpression of being directly on the beach in private, without mingling with the other beach visitors. There is a surf school 100 meters away. The bay is ideal for surfing and stand-up paddle. The house is partly furnished with modern, partly antique furniture, well equipped kitchen, a large kitchen. One of the double beds is 2 meters wide, consisting of 2 new latex mattresses, each 1 meter wide.
