Breezy Ocean City Home: Walk to Beach + Boardwalk!

It was all great! Wonderful house and very responsive owners.

Our extended family enjoyed the house for long weekend while attending son’s wedding. We loved the porch and yard for little ones to play. House has open space between kitchen and living area, making very comfortable for all. Neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. House was well equipped. The only improvement we felt was that mattresses could be upgraded.

We had a great experience at this home. Not only are there lots of bedrooms but the layout is great if you have children. The kids had their own playroom off the living room and the parents got to relax ?. The owners were very responsive to any questions as well. We would definitely book again!

In spite of bad weather, we had a great time. Lots of room for the 12 of our family members. Close proximity to the beach and a wonderful lay out for big crowds. Will book it again!

What a wonderful week! The location was perfect - on a quiet street and close enough to all the activities we were interested in. The house was well equipped and child friendly. We had a fantastic family vacation with our grown children and young grandchildren. Thanks for sharing you beautiful and comfortable vacation home.

The house was perfect for our large family. Plenty of bedrooms and plenty of room to be comfortable. The location was close to the beach and boardwalk, but far enough to be quiet and peaceful.

Great house with great location. Conveniently located nearby to beach, Boardwalk, water sport activities, grocery and convenience stores, and several local restaurants. Proximity to beach and the property’s yard were key selling points on the property. Our family (several adults, several kids) enjoyed the house itself and it’s ease of access to local entertainment and activities. House was clean, amply supplied, and true to its online posting. Owner was proactive and helpful in communication prior to and during trip/stay.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home in OCNJ in August 2022. Everything about our stay was pretty much perfect. The fenced front porch and front yard were really incredible features of this house, especially for our family who had 3 kids under the age of 4 staying with us on this trip. It's not something you will find very easily in OCNJ. Could not have asked for a better space inside - large family table, very open, plenty of rooms for a big group. Very reasonable rules and easy check-in/check-out procedures. The location is also a great one - a few block walk to the beach at the south end of the boardwalk, which is a quieter stretch of the beach in OCNJ, but you are still very close to the section of the boardwalk with amusements, shops, and restaurants. If you're looking for a great property to stay at in OCNJ, look no further. You'll have a great time.

This was the perfect home for our four families. The front yard was perfect for our littlest guests. I would say that it is slightly away from the beach (but really only about 4 blocks away). And it was a walk (30 minutes) to the busiest parts of the boardwalk, which was nice for us because it was a little less crowded and loud.

We rented this lovely house for a week and were able to feel at home right away! A perfect location with very close proximity to the beach and several great dining venues, we were very happy with how accessible the best attractions were to our house. Any issues we faced during our stay were easily vetted with the owners who were extremely responsive and helpful. The only downside were the beds, each person in our party had complaints about how uncomfortable their respective mattress was and how flat the pillows were. Overall, a great home and very well-maintained and impeccably clean.
