Breathtaking Views and Htd Pool in Fountain Hills!

The bathroom door was locked upon our arrival. We requested that it be opened, but they couldn’t get somebody to the house until the next morning, so we had to pick the lock. A closed door was off the tracks. A toilet bowl seat was dislodged. Poor service, poor maintenance.

Great stay! Property is as stated, excellent neighborhood quiet and clean. Pool was perfect to have with the heat. Would stay again!

The neighborhood was great and only about 20 minutes from most larger cities like Mesa and Scottsdale. The cul-de-sac was super quiet and clean, which was nice. Fountain Park was a 5 minute drive. The house was decent, but the view was spectacular. A few things that were unfortunate, but not unbearable....It did have an unpleasant smell when we arrived. We had to open all the doors for quite some time to air it out. The patio furniture was pretty dirty and the lounge chairs were ripped. The kitchen was decently equipped, but not a culinary dream. Knives were dull, pan selection was poor. The second night we were there the smoke detectors started chirping. No one from the management company answered my text, so my husband had to find an old battery in the entryway closet, pull the ladder out of the garage, and change the battery. The following morning a couple more smoke alarms started chirping. I messaged the management company once again. Instead of peak customer service, they asked if I'd like them to drop batteries off. I had to specify that I wanted them to handle the smoke alarms. Fast forward to the guy changing the batteries in the alarms and another tech from an HVAC company shows up to service the AC (I guess this appt. was made sometime prior to us arriving). Needless to say, the start of our vacation was frustrating due to the issues at the rental. Additionally, the pool needed a good cleaning. There was quite a bit of small debris floating around in it.

Our stay was very nice. The property matched what we saw in the photos. Everything was clean and the neighborhood was good.Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short due to reasons unrelated to the property. Luckily, Bart, the owner, was very understanding and quickly replied to my messages.If you're looking for a clean and spacious house with a nice swimming pool to relax in for a few days then this is a great choice.

This is an excellent property. The large home is good for families and the pool is an added bonus. A very nice place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Fountains Hills! We were disappointed that the pool heater wasn’t working properly (kept kicking out) and the water was not warm but otherwise everything else was great - we had fun!! We would consider a return trip in the future.

Great place to stay with a large family or multiple couples. Pool for summer months, can be heated but must request prior to arrival.

Location absolutely awesome. House is outdated in some ways. Lots of room. The pictures look better than it is but was still good. The floors were dirty and could have been cleaner. Im just being honest. But overall my family didnt care and we had a lot of fun. If you are staying in warmer weather the backyard is really nice. Place stocked with dishes and towels. Overall 3.5-4.0.

Spent a week in Arizona with family. It was a great place to stay. Would definately recommend if you want a relaxing place to stay.

Wonderful location. Overall, the house was great. We had a few issues with some of the electrical outlets not working and despite paying for the pool to be heated it wasn’t. Fortunately, The owner was responsive and agreed to refund the charge. We also noticed the blinds in the master did not open properly. Kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor fire pit was a bonus.
