    The condo was very pretty, decor was lovely. Location was a short drive or bike ride to restaurants and shops. Only problem was the door lock was very tough to manage, often taking 5 or more tries to work.

    We were in town checking in on our house being built. We decided to book a full week for the Christmas Holiday. Great top floor unit. Fully stocked, new furnishing, comfortable beds. Property Management Company Lilmar was spectacular in communications via email and texts.Pool was heated and still good for a swim in December. Easy beach access for a walk. All around great property for the price.

    With 3 bedrooms (REAL bedrooms, not a pretend third bedroom) and 3 FULL baths, as well as parking availability, a fully stocked kitchen, tvs in every room, and a beautiful view of the beach, the apartment itself was amazing. The pool and beach were so easy to reach and made for a really relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Gas and charcoal grills available and easy to use made dinners a breeze, too. The hosts were very communicative (I believe property managers) and we had zero issues with anything. There are also a few restaurants and a frozen custard place with a really cool fenced in play area (awesome for little children and tired parents) all in walking distance. The pool staff were very friendly, too! Loved Cleveland and how attentive and supportive she was, nothing escaped her. Would love to stay here again in the future!

    What a beautiful place! Large, clean, updated and with spectacular views. The huge beach was a short walk and the pool was immaculate. St. Simon's Grand's location is perfect. We had a terrific time and if we come back - we would definitely stay here again.
