Stayed Dec 30, 2025Great house for a large family or 3-4 couples. Right on the beach, with great sunset views from the hottub and upper deck. The kitchen is a bit small, but the rest of the common space is large and spacious, plenty of room to spread out! Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Nov 23, 2025We enjoyed a wonderful 5 days at the beach here. Steps to the ocean! With a view of the ocean from most of the upstairs rooms including the living room, dining area and hot tub on the deck! Move in ready - just bring your personal items. We enjoyed the game closet for the 2-3 days of rainy weather. Only downside was the tv in the family room was older so we weren't able to stream on it. We used the family room as the game room!

Stayed Oct 11, 2025The responsiveness and assistance from the iTrip team was nothing short of amazing. They helped with every little detail and issue to make our stay the perfect weekend. Sure wish they were in charge of the weather and that would have been better too! They are truly professionals at what they do.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025Everything was good but I did not know the house is for sale. The rooms were clean, the hot tub was very nice and the location worked well. Checkin and customer service was fantastic.

Stayed Sep 12, 2025We had an incredible family weekend at this beautiful home right on Rockaway Beach. We watched the sunset every evening from the hot tub on the huge deck overlooking the ocean. The outdoor firepit was huge and perfect for roasting marshmallows for smores. All the beds were very comfortable and the place was sparkling clean when we arrived. We would definitely come back again.

Stayed Aug 7, 2025Everything was great except the microwave did not work and we had plans to use it. I know there was scheduled to fix the microwave before we got there and the appointment was canceled. We still had a wonderful time with our family.

Stayed May 24, 2025Our trip was not about the spectacular view of the ocean waves from the amazing balcony or the private, short, sandy path to the clean beach stretching for miles each way, nor the immaculate clean and spacious rooms within the home. Our trip was about having four generations ranging from 85 to 6 sharing the same life memories, this was priceless! This beautiful house was the ideal setting and location to create lifelong memories that we will all cherish forever!

Stayed Aug 28, 2024While the management company has been begging us to leave a 5 star review I have to share our honest review of this stay. We wanted to LOVE it but our experience was subpar and wish someone else had pointed out the lack of A/C. This home was a BIG disappointment. Paying $1700 for two nights, we expected a nice little oceanfront get away. The location of the house was perfect! Right on the ocean and an idyllic view overlooking Twin Rocks Arch. The house itself was neglected. Been on the market for a year. The beds were saggy and uncomfortable. The furniture was dated, dingy and too big for the space. Kitchen chairs separated when you moved them. There were minimal amenities in the kitchen with the exception of a handful of spices. And no coffee at all! Eek! But the worst was the lack of air conditioning. We were there during the last week of August and the place was like an oven. Temp inside the house reached 90 at night and it was miserable to try to sleep. (I won't say sleep because none of us could sleep). There was a single portable fan in the house. When we complain to the management company that the house was too hot and miserable, they simply deflected that the house wasn't advertised with A/C. We tried to open windows but the main room didn't have anything but a door that did not have a screen and that wasn't an option to leave it open at night. So if you are planning to rent in the warmer months be wary. The windows make this a hotbox without any AC

Stayed Jul 25, 2024Pros: The location was superb, with a private path directly to a vast, beautiful beach with sea stacks nearby. There were four rooms with queen beds, which was great for our all-adult group of 7. The property management company communicated well, check-in was easy with clear instructions and the place was clean when we arrived. The deck is large and has great views. The fire pit was great. Cons: The photos make everything look much more spacious, light and airy than it actually is. There were several janky things about the place: One big window in the eating area had a murky white film in between the panes, obscuring the view. The oven door hinges were really tight, requiring yanking it open fully. The grill didn't get hot enough to cook our dinner fully. Most of the sheets were the cheap-o synthetic stuff. The screen door from the living room to the deck was stuck in place/didn't slide. The furniture was typical low-budget rental stuff. Now, none of this would be a big deal if this place wasn't hundreds of dollars per night more expensive than other similarly sized properties in the area. At the price we paid, I expected it to just be nicer and not have some of these fixable issues. The property has been on the market for a number of months and it is clearly not a priority of the owners to spend any money on it. Don't be duped by the higher price - it definitely doesn't mean it's nicer. It is not.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Was out of propane for the grill and they were super fast about helping us replace it. Having four queen beds was great for a group of friends.
