Breathtaking 6 BR log home mountain views with closest location to Wolf Creek!

Beautiful home! Plenty of space for 8 adults. Minor issue couldn’t get the movie room to work. Highly recommend!

This place was the perfect summer getaway for my wife and I and our 5 adult kids/in-laws! Beautiful views, close to Pagosa, up on a hill, alone on a circle drive! Host was very thorough and helpful. The house was spacious and nicely decorated….beds were very comfortable, plenty of nice leather seating. The kitchen had ample cookware, silverware, and dishes..even a large cast iron skillet.…all the basic spices and oils. Morning coffee on the large deck looking at the mountains was an experience in itself!A few of the theater chairs might need some maintenance, but overall theater was very nice and was a hit with the family. The hot tub was large enough for 4 or 5 adults, but might be a little snug with more than that. Great view from the tub!!Not a bad view anywhere in the house! Overall, spectacular place! Lots to do in Pagosa and surrounding towns. We’ll be back!

It was a beautiful home inside and out.

Where to start. We planed this trip a year in advance for my wife & I & our two sons & their families, which included young children 3 & under. We arrived in Pagosa around noon & since the listing said NO EARLY CHECK IN & NO LATE CHECKOUTS, we just hung around & kept ourselfs busy until after the checkin time of 4pm. Only to find out when we went to the house another family was there. Come to find out the PROPERTY MANAGER thought it was us, without asking who she was talking to, & allowed the people to check in early. She assumed it was us but in fact it was the family that reserved it for next year, how that family missed it by a year I don’t know. The owners were very helpful & did what they could to make it right. But it was a bad start to say the least. We had to finish cleaning up after the family that was there, which wasn’t a huge deal just shouldn’t have happened. The house its self was decent but could use some TLC. There were things that needed to be fixed & something’s that needed to be updated. Also there weren’t instructions on how to use the sound system or the theater room, which had torn & broken chairs. Maybe we just aren’t tech savvy but we couldn’t figure it out. Also they had plenty of kitchen utensils but no room to put anything. Maybe b/c the pantry was turned into the laundry room. We were thankful for the washer & dryer but we had half the counter covered with all the food we brought. But we made it work & all in all we had a great time.

House was beautiful.Kitchen had everything needed to prepare all our meals. Any questions/concerns we had during our stay were promptly answered. Plenty of linens and comfortable bedding. Seating in dining and great room enough for large groups (10)

This is our favorite place to stay when going to the mountain.

Wow, exceeded our expectations. We had a family memorial for our Mom at the cemetery. Family from Denver, Washington and Grand Junction. Enjoyed the wildlife and the views. Heather promptly answered my few questions with a phone call or text. We will definitely come back again.

Great location with everything needed for a comfortable time. Needs some minor repairs and maintenence. Basement bedroom and bathroom doors won't close. Shower in basement doesn't close.Shuffleboard could uae attention. No instructions on how to use the theater room.

Cabin is amazing. Not far outside of town. Beautiful view from the deck. Highly recommend for a group of around 10.

Great place.

This property was awesome! Plenty of room for everyone with great accommodations. Only thing was the hot tub seemed potentially a little over chlorinated (nothing that stopped us from using it) and the place got a little warm in the afternoons. Luckily all the provided fans kept the place nice and cool for mid July!

Stayed five nights with wife, two daughters, and five grandchildren. Plenty of room for everyone. House was very clean and well equipped. Beautiful Mountain View with large table on deck for outdoor meals, relaxing, bird and wildlife watching (big buck deer ran right by deck). Had a wonderful and relaxing time with family.

First impression: fantastic!The house is great, plenty big for 6 adults and 6 kids. The game room, theatre, & hot tub were deluxe bonuses. Lovely territorial views.

Our family of 11 had a fabulous stay in this beautiful home! Fantastic views and accommodations, close enough to town and also to hiking, waterfalls, and lots of nature. We made wonderful memories here playing games, pool, shuffleboard, watching movies and just being together!

Plenty of room for our girls weekend get away. House is well stocked and met our needs. Enjoyed the hot tub on the deck.

This home was impressive in size and amenities. We had a girls weekend getaway with about 12 women there each night. We all came over from Durango. The house was very comfortable for us to fit everyone sleeping and sitting at the table and in the living room. The house had a lot of fun amenities, great western mountain decor, and it was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, lots of towels and blankets were also available. I contacted the property manager at check-in and check-out and she answered right away. I never had issues during the stay that I needed assistance with. Our group will be booking again for next year. Great house and Pagosa Springs is a wonderful Colorado town even for those of us who are already blessed to live in Colorado.

Awesome place for a family ski trip

This was our second time staying here and the house and location can’t be beat.The views from the back porch a re breathtaking. We had a few issues which is to be expected when you have a rental property but the manger of the property was on top and took care of the property right away. The owner of the house even texted us too let us know we could have an earlier than anticipated check in.Highly recommended staying here and will definitely return

We enjoyed staying here. It was about 20 to 25 minutes to the slope and only 10 to 15 minutes to town. Everyone loved the theatre room and all the extra room we had. The view of the mountains is beautiful and the hot tub was awesome. We were able to enjoy meals together at the long table and had the game table in the living room for puzzle's and games. Thanks for sharing your home!

The space was amazing and it fulfilled all our needs/wants. It could use some TLC but we were pleased overall. The owner was very quick to answer questions and accommodating to requests. We will consider the property again the next time visit the area.

We stayed with our group of 12 in this home and it was the perfect amount of space to accommodate us all! The house is older and does have some issues, such as doors on first level not closing completely, maybe from shifting? All the amenities more than made up for small issues that need attention in this house. The hot tub on the deck with the beautiful view was amazing! We also enjoyed the theater room and pool table!

This was our third stay at this property. Had a wonderful time. Conveniently located between Pagosa Springs and Wolf Creek Ski area.

We spend our holidays in Pagosa and are always looking for the a great way to stay together. This place hit 9 out of 10 points for us. The only struggle we had was parking but we made it work just fine.

Great place for wolf creek skiing and pagosa springs visit.

We had a group of 8 ready for a ski week at wolf creek. The house had more than enough space amenities for 10. We enjoyed the games, the theater and the living space to spend quality time together! We hope to be back to the area soon and back to this house!

This was a very comfortable cozy mountain house. Wonderful views and easy drive to Wolf Creek. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing.

This is a great, spacious home, just as advertised.

We've rented this cabin 3 times now, this time wasnt as pleasant as others. Hopefully the management will take initiative and make sure things are as they should be.

We had a wonderful family Christmas and the house was beautiful. The views of the mountains were amazing.

We had contacted Jack a few days before we left Texas to ensure how to access the Pagosa Springs home. Upon arrival we were so excited to see the home was exactly as it had been described on VRBO. Everything was as it was stated in the listing. The location of the home was excellent and the neighborhood was very nice. Due to age ranges of our family the media room was the biggest hit with the younger individuals watching movies sports and playing games. The home was clean and everything worked as it should have. The only recommendation that we have for us but will not for every guest is baby gates would have been nice, however it wasn’t something that we couldn’t take care of ourselves . I would highly recommend a stay at this home for a lifetime of memories to be made and would not hesitate booking this home again. Jack was available at any time however I did not have to communicate with him during our stay because everything was just as expected.
