Breathtaking! 5 Acre Private Riverfront Cabin in the Mountains!

We got a chance to celebrate our family 40 years of marriage with our family and it was an absolute blast. The host was very detailed in his instructions about the property ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay.and available to ensure He did so in a timely manner throughout our stay. The kind women cleaning and preparing the home put in extra time and was so sweat and pleasant as we began our stay. In terms of the property, it was well was well equipped and clean and the beds were super comfortable. Also being able to hear the river from the house was amazing. It was such a relaxing time and would highly recommend this property. It is trip that will be etched in our minds as one of the best as a family. Beyond pleased with our experience!!

This house is wonderful, from the amazing deck to the screened in porch and all the way to the riverfront fire pit you can enjoy to veiws and the sounds of nature and fall in love with every sunrise and sunset!!!

We had an amazing time! We were able to fully utilize the kitchen and grill to prepare meals throughout the whole weekend as the appliances worked and there was enough cooking ware for our needs. The bathrooms were clean and the hot tub was nice! The table games in the basement were fun to use too!Some of the doors were hard to fully close and/or lock. The lock box at the front door was finicky too. There was a broken step down to the river that should be fixed as it's currently a hazard

Paul and Kyle have this beautiful cabin and it was the perfect vacation home for our family to spend at. Definitely needed the peaceful R&R and this cabin did just that. Would definitely stay again and wish we could’ve stayed longer! Thank you guys!

There was a little something to bring joy to everyone (ages 1.5, 3, 8, 22, 24, 30, 34, 35 and 61). A BIG thank you for supplying the laundry soap and coffee! We enjoyed the river, the games, the hot tub and the Cacapon State Park (beach, golf course, horseback riding). If you are looking for remote/rural, this is it.

This property exceeded our expectations. This was a perfect summer cabin, absolutely fabulous decor throughout, so many cozy hangout spaces for our group of 8. We never felt crowded, and especially enjoyed the game area and enclosed porch. We brought kayaks and tubes for the river, and did the Paw Paw Tunnel Trail (highly recommend!). We did have one issue with the property but our host was quick to resolve. Definitely would recommend.

Cabin is beautiful and very family friendly

The house was just as described in the listing. Kyle was very responsive before and during our stay. It was nice being on the river so we could fish and kayak. The grandkids loved the game room as well as the bedroom lofts. There was plenty of room for us to spread out on the enclosed porch and deck. I would recommend this charming place to anyone interested in staying near Berkeley Springs.

Great stay! Game room was crucial during the two days of rain we had. Deck gas fire pit was great as were the stocked propane tanks available to us. Hot tub was clean and working. 85” TV was spectacular. A couple fans didn’t work but luckily it was borderline freezing when we went…hahaha. All amenities were stocked and ready for us. Thanks for the TP and dishwasher tabs. Those are rarely included. Thanks to Kyle and Paul for having us. We will definitely consider this cabin again for our yearly stay.

Beautiful home. Great location. Easy river access. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Short drive to downtown Berkeley Sprints. Amazing place for a group of friends or a couple families.

The house was so lovely and the setting was secluded. So much attention to the small details that make a good stay a great one. A perfect getaway!

Great place for our college friends to fish & enjoy nature (& have a laugh or 2)

My family had such a good time staying at this property. It was very well appointed, the surrounding property was beautiful, and the decor was so well done - I'd call it retro cabin chic. Everything we wanted for a peaceful and fun time together, and the three teens in tow were definitely entertained between the game room, hot tub, fire put, and river access. We'll definitely be back!

The property was beautiful. Our host were very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. This house had a lot of space for a bigger group. We all enjoyed our stay very much.

Rented this adorable cabin for the 8 of us (2 families) for 5 days and we loved every minute of it! very comfy beds, and cozy cabin decor. Very private cabin and felt like we were deep in the woods, yet w/ a beautiful river just down the steps and across the wooded lawn! We tubed and swam and tried river fishing! We explored the lovely town of Berkley Springs and took a ghost tour, shopped, and ate our way through town ;-). We walked/hiked Paw Paw tunnel area. We cooked dinners in the cabin, played games, made s'mores and watched movies. Just what we were looking for - we all hope to come back sometime soon!! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

We unfortunately stayed in one of the hottest weeks of the year. The river was low and the air inside resetting to 82 each day kept the house overly hot. The house had everything to offer as far as games, indoor and outdoor seating, and porch views of the river. We didn’t get to have an outside fire, but the fireside chairs could use some repair work. The hosts were exceptionally responsive to questions. It was a great family vacay.

This is a super cute cabin steps away from the river. It's cozy and fun and our family loves it!

This property was perfect for our family vacation - ages 5 to 68. The beds were comfortable, it was clean and exactly as advertised. The host seems very thoughtful with many nice touches. We loved swimming, tubing and fishing in the river. It is a very private spot. Everyone loved it!

This is a stunning, beautifully decorated, well stocked house with a view and an incredible river access point. We spent the days just lounging about in the river chatting with the occasional kayaker who passed by, sitting by the firepit at night, and playing games on the beautiful screened-in porch. Two fridges, games in the basement, easy water access - might be one of the best VRBO rentals we've ever had. Already planning on booking again for next year.

Every year 5 of us head to this area in West Virgina to kayak and get out of cell phone range for a few days. For us this cabin was a great option due to the river front property and large number of bedrooms. This would also be an ideal property for a family or extended family trip. Great area, house was decorated nicely and communications with owner were clear and accurate. We look forward to visiting this location again in the future.
