Breath Taking Lodge 3 miles from Nemacolin Resort &10 miles from Ohiopyle!

Five of us each had our own bedroom was great. Didn’t particularly like the step off levels.

Wonderful cabin with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 6. The hot tub was a great perk and stayed very hot even on a 20 degree night in December. Amazing communication from the owner from booking until check out.

Spacious and well-equipped house in a quiet and picturesque setting. Host was very responsive and helpful. Lovely spot for a family Thanksgiving gathering. LOTS of animal paraphernalia/decoration which, while in keeping with the setting, was a bit unnerving (deer head over the bed, for example). Hot tub is great, as is fire pit. Kitchen could have done with a clean (oven & microwave) plus needs to be restocked (about 12 fry pans but only one salad/serving bowl; only 2 wineglasses and not enough knives for dining). Overall, a great place to stay and recommend it.

Terrific home-away-from-home. Our family was so impressed with the Christmas decorations as well as the overall decor of the house. The kitchen had everything we needed and the appliances seemed newer. Nice bathrooms with great towels! A downside to our stay was that the hot tub was not clean enough to use, which was disappointing. And the cleaning staff hadn't noticed that a previous guest left a soiled diaper in a plastic bag on an upstairs table. We really enjoyed our family time there and would love to return someday.

The perfect place to spend my 40th birthday! Everything about the cabin was perfect and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking big meals. Will book again in the future!

Great place for our family reunion - 8 adults!! Plenty of room, bathrooms and great room. Very, very clean - we had 1 little hiccup and the owner was immediately on it and fixed itDefinitely would come back and the setting was perfect!!!

The home was spacious and creatively pointed in a beautiful woodsy locale. The hot tub was ideal for a relaxing soak after hiking the Youghigheny in Ohiopyle! Owners were very communicative and helpful.

Great location for my son’s wedding at Christian Klay. Loved the outdoor areas- fire pit and hot tub.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a very nice property. Only issue we encountered was finding the property as the entrance was confusing as the address on our check in instructions did not match the sign at the turn in. The location is also hidden so additional instructions on how to find once on the premises would have been very helpful.

A group of friends stayed here to ride our motorcycles in the area, was a nice private location.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had a group of 9 and had plenty of room to spread out with the multiple rooms/beds/bathrooms. Everything was clean and ready at arrival. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc and a nice dishwasher. Absolutely loved the fire pit (lots of searing around it!) and hot tub. We could see the road but it was so nice and quiet and peaceful it didn’t bother us at all. Host was also very helpful and responsive when we realized we left something behind. Definitely recommend!

The house was beautiful and the setting very peaceful. Well stocked kitchen. The layout offered privacy and also a great open space for the family to hang out together.

We had a great time at the property. Close to attractions but away from others. Property and amenities were as listed.

We had an extended family stay here for a weekend. The cabin was as expected from the photos and AC worked well for the hot days we had. The cabin does need a bit of work, floors inside were loose in some places, and exterior work, but didn't affect our stay. Previous guests have been hard on some furniture. Overall cleanliness was good, but one of our guests noticed some floating debris in the hot tub.

Our family of 10 enjoyed a roomy stay at this location. The host made sure we had all amenities listed in the description. Nights at the firepit were relaxing. The things to do in the area made for a nice trip.

The place is awesome. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The grass was cut, and we had a place to leave our garbage. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us, both inside and out. A good time was had by all.

We were celebrating my son's graduation from college with a family vacation. We had plenty of room. Loved the fire pit area. Good location to area attractions. The house could use some love, but it worked out well for our group of eight. Communication with the hosts was excellent.

We traveled out for our daughter's graduation, house was clean and spacious and was great for our family. Would love to come back here in the fall.

One couple in our party checked in an hour early and found dead flies throughout the place. The owner said it was because they checked in before the cleaning crew came. The cleaners did come then and were there for about two hours. When the left all was good but then we had flies dying all over the place all weekend long. It was pretty disgusting. In addition to that the dishwasher did not work and we texted the owner and it remained broken during the weekend. We stayed here the previous year and loved it so much we returned but this was a very different experience this year.

I wanted to take my family away to just spend some time together and relax, as when we usually all get together, it's for holidays and very hectic. This was perfect!On Friday night, we had a pizza making contest and my adult kids played games and went into the hot tub in the light snow! I woke up early before anyone else on Saturday and sat in the living room with a cup of hot coffee, while looking out at the snow. It was a great chance to just eat all day, spend time together and have a fun family game night that was long overdue. Everyone had a wonderful time and talked about going back in warmer weather, although my kids that used the hot tub loved it even more because it was snowing!Definitely recommend for a family getaway or reunion.

The house was really nice.....however, there where several red flags there was no service in the house because all the usage depends on wifi ...the power continued to go out on numerous occasions... My car was stuck in the snow the property owners son was able to pull me out of the snow, and i was very very grateful....However the owner showed no empathy at all even that the house was cold to the point that we had to leave a after being there for less then 24 hrs...there was no running water and the heat did not work. We could not call for help because there was no wifi and the owner not once attempted to make contact or to check on us... We had to keep leaving the property to contact them.. i booked the place because it was what i was lookingfor to help my sister and neice celebrate thier birthday.. but it came to a end early due to the unfortunate circumstances

We had a wonderful family Thanksgiving at this property. It was cozy and relaxing. Great location!

The place exceeded our expectations. We get together every year - we are all seniors and usually go to Hocking Hills. We had to move up our stay this year and decided to try this place based on what we saw online. It was great because it had all the bedrooms on the first floor. The only thing we would suggest is that you have more kitchen chairs we had to bring some folding chairs.

Our family returned to the family homestead in Farmington, PA to celebrate our 50th anniversary with almost 100 family and friends. We spent 5 nights in this house preparing for the party and it more than met our expectations. The hot tub was great on the cool autumn evenings. We found the owner to be extremely responsive to our questions and requests. We would definitely stay there again.

This property needs some TLC and updating. There are a lot of problems with the floor. There are two unmarked, and potentially dangerous, level changes going from the living room to the kitchen. The carpet is dirty. There are unless places under the carpeting and in the kitchen floor. Towered are a lot of trip hazards. On some of the window sills inside, there were a lot dead flies. Deadbolts on some of the multiple doors didn’t seem installed well or safe. Outside area was good. There is a great fire pit and nice hot tub.

Our group of 8 adults had a great weekend stay here. The property is spacious and quiet, and we enjoyed splashing in the creek running through it. The rooms are spacious and most have their own bathroom, so there was plenty of room for a big group to spread out and not feel crowded. We did cook most of our meals in the house and my only feedback would be to provide a few more kitchen supplies like mixing bowls, serving trays, etc.

Absolutely amazing property ! I spent half a week with friends that live in different states and the property was everything we wanted. Isolated with no neighbors too close. Close enough to town where we could still get groceries /food delivered. Really nice hot tub and fire pit area. The hosts always got back to me quickly with any questions I had. Just the perfect relaxing vacation.

This was a fantastic location for our birthday gathering. All amenities taken care of! A couple small appliances need to be replaced but the owner is already planning on replacing them. Owner was very communicative. We would 100% rent this place again!

The cabin was tucked away on a beautiful property. The location was perfect! Just close enough to town but still secluded. The house was clean and very spacious. The hot tub and fire pit were the highlight of our stay. We are already planning our next trip back out and would love to stay here again!
