Breakfast AND Tiffany's: Shop, Eat, Relax, Repeat!

This was a very comfortable and nicely decorated house. We had a nice stay and the property manager was fantastic with communication. There were, however, some items that needed attention and took up our time. The outdoor furniture was in disrepair (lounge chair pads were stained, covered in bird droppings, broken and the umbrella didn't work). After spending $240 to heat the pool, we expected clean and working furniture. After hosing everything off and trying to repair it ourselves, we discovered that there was new furniture in boxes in the garage and we offered to open the boxes so we could at least use the new pads. The outdoor grill was in rough shape and would only start using a lighter. One bedroom's carpet was badly stained, and two of the bathroom fixtures were loose and falling off. A dining room chair was also so wobbly that it was dangerous to sit on. The property manager apologized for all of this and promised to attend to it all after we left. We asked for a credit for the pool heating fee as a gesture for all these issues, which was promised. The owner ultimately approved only a partial refund of this fee. If these issues were all corrected after we left I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property, but it was disappointing that they weren't identified and corrected before our stay.

This home has everything you need to have a lovely vacation with family or friends! Beautiful backyard with a pool to enjoy during the day and a propane fire pit area at night! Open floor plan allows for plenty of room to gather in the dining, living room and kitchen areas! Property manager was easy to communicate with too! We enjoyed our stay!!

The host, Mark was so incredibly nice, very accommodating and quickly responded to any question I had prior to and during our stay (Feb 15-19, 2023). Check-in and check-out was a breeze! This home was perfect for my family of 6 adults and a 15 month old (there was even a pack-n-play in the master bedroom closet but we didn't see it until after but it's nice that it's there to use). If you're staying there in the winter and want to use the pool, I recommend paying the extra $ for the heated pool. It was so worth it (pool temp was 83 degrees, outside temp around 65 degrees)! The house was immaculate when we arrived and everything worked perfectly. We even used the outside gas fireplace too which created such a beautiful, peaceful ambiance - the wine helped too :). The beds were really comfortable, plenty of pillows and towels. I also loved how solid the house is and you can't hear anyone in the other bedrooms or bathroom. The master bedroom opens up to the very private backyard/pool area which was so nice to have. I also loved the open concept of the combined kitchen/living room/dining. It never felt crowded with 6+ people. What a beautiful home to create incredible memories for you and your family/friends. I highly recommend this home! You won't want to leave :).

This is a perfect property in a perfect location to do EVERYTHING you want to do in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area! You are: 5 minutes: Kierland shopping 10 min: McDowell hiking 15min: Phx mtn preserve hiking or Biltmore mall 20-25 min: PHX via 51, Troon or Carefree via Scottsdale Rd, or Old Town via Scottsdale Rd The house is fabulous! Large, spacious rooms. Large outdoor space for entertaining and large pool!! Well stocked kitchen. Pictures are accurate!! Mark ( owner) was very nice and answered email super fast! We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property to everyone!!

The house was perfect! The pictures are 100% exactly the way the home looks! There was nothing missing, even the iron was perfect! Very close to everything, we never saw a neighbor, it’s really a quiet neighborhood! The bedrooms are on one side of the house and the grand room / kitchen are on the other side, great set up! 6 of us stayed at the house and we all loved it! Mark was incredibly responsive when we had a question. We would not hesitate to rent this home again! The pool is perfect, great backyard, we had awful weather, but the pool was really warm! This home is top notch and I thought it was well worth the price we paid. There is nothing to worry about at this home, I picked the place and my guests all complemented me on the choice. It’s nice getting a home that is cared for!

Beautiful home, clean and spacious. Backyard area is a gorgeous oasis. Would give two big thumbs up and would love to stay here again…

We had a family girls trip and this house couldn’t of been anymore perfect for our trip. Plenty of room and even kid friendly. Neighborhood is safe & quiet, super close to shopping & groceries. I will absolutely be bringing my own family back for a trip!!!

We celebrated my 30th Birthday weekend in Scottsdale. The VRBO listing details match the property perfectly. The backyard is an oasis itself! Location is great for going out and possible excursions right outside of Scottsdale. Host had great communication. ?

This property is absolutely amazing. The host was so easy to get ahold of and it was so clean and put together. It had a lot of outdoor seating and the pool was so clean and fun! I would definitely recommend this property!
