Reviewer Comments: Another great trip to Anna Maria and once again flawless aero from Amy and all the staff at Island vacation prop.The island beaches were in great shape and our family enjoyed the Fantastic community centre for Pilates and gym .We have already booked again for 2026 🏖️

Stayed Feb 3, 2024The house is right off the gulf with great access, view and nice deck. The house is older but the kitchen has been updated and is incredibly well-stocked with nice pots/pans/dishes/utensils. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms are not updated. The windows/glass doors are older and get drafty so temperatures vary from guest bedrooms to Master bedroom which has double glass doors and faces the gulf. We happened to be there during a cooler and windier month. We would definitely rent again! The location, view , beds and kitchen made it very special.

It's a great rental home, and the management company and owners keep things repaired. My only request is that it's time to change out the carpet.

Reviewer Comments: We were given the beach house as a last minute substitute for the house we had originally booked and it turned out to be perfect for our trip . the views are amazing and the house is in very good condition . I would definitely book this house again for a family vacation at the beach .

Reviewer Comments: Our original rental had electrical issues that resulted in us having to move the very next day. We were moved to Breakers 3 and will say it was better than the first unit for view, cleanliness and overall quality. Jason from maintenance helped us remain safe and positive! Very professional staff overall! This is a monthly rental which does seem to make a difference in quality with less turnover. Leave it better than you found it, always! With appreciation, Nancy & Tom
