Breakaway holiday house

Breakaway is a fully furnished 3 bedroom modern beach house accommodating up to 8 people. Outside there is a large undercover deck for BBQ,Your own private playground including a 3 hole mini golf coarse in the backyard, long driveway to park your cars and boats.

Inside the home you will find newly furnished rooms including an open-plan living and dining area, large fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry. It has a relaxing beach ambience and is packed with many extras.

Thehome is situated on a large block on a quiet street, fully secured with fences. Plenty of room to play outdoors games! It is an easy stroll to beautiful Half Moon Bay, park and local general store.

Particulars
Bond of $600 payment is to paid by direct deposit 5 days before check in and will be refunded within 1 to 3 days of check out. We also require a photo (front and back) of driver licence


Property is cleaned prior to arrival and we would like it left in the same condition on departure, otherwise a minimum $80 cleaning fee will be deducted from the bond.
If pets are found to be in side house $300 will be deducted from Bond for extra cleaning charges

Minimum night stays vary from 2-7 nights throughout the year.

o 3 nights on long weekends.
o 4 nights over Easter.
o 7 nights for summer holiday period (late Dec and Jan).
o Shorter bookings may be available on request.

Long term bookings considered please enquire.

Check in Time 2pm , (can be negotiated with owners).

Check out time 10am/ can be negotiated with owners.

Pillows, dooners, blankets, linen provided.

All basic pantry essentials provided including tea/coffee, cooking essentials (oils, salt, pepper, ). Dish washing facilities provided.

Please bring own beach towels.
