Everything was easy and smooth. The property was very clean inside and out. And everything was just a short drive away from stores to entertainment prime location. The host was there for any questions we had and the kitchen had everything you needed for cooking or utensils for carry out. Would definitely book again

If you are looking for a great place located by everything and peaceful look no further. We enjoyed are stay very much. It was so easy to get around to all that’s in Branson. The house is spotless and equipped with everything you will need. The owner is very responsive and will answer all questions in a timely manner. Best of all the deck overlooking the woods is very private and comfortable for you and your pet.

Excellent home in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed being away from the tourist areas, yet only 10-15 minutes from shows we attended.

This was an awesome place for 4 couples from WI. We came to Branson for some shows and we had lots of fun hanging our at this place and are already talking about coming back. Was nice to have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms along with a nice deck to be outside.

Loved our stay! The home is spacious and fit our family great, with the 4 bedrooms and ensuite bath, everyone had space. Very clean and tidy and the location is fantastic as it was easy to get Downtown and 76 Boulevard with ease. We are planning another visit next Fall.

Everything was as advertised. Ashley was amazing and so attentive to everything. Communication with her was almost immediate. A nice, comfortable home in a nice area. Close to many activities. A little pricey. Would certainly stay here again.

It was a beautifully decorated, well stocked house. I wish it didn’t have carpet in the bedrooms because all of the carpets were stained.

We had a group of 8 adults booked to stay but there was only 6 chairs at the dining table. Also the rugs were an issue causing tripping or inability to move chairs easily. The rug in the one front bedroom had an odor to it. Would have been nice to have a coffee table for drinks while watching movies.

The house was perfect - just as it appeared on the website. The host was very pleasant in her communication with us. The house handbook answered any questions that came up and the location was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful trip in the beautiful mountains.

Absolutely perfect for our stay! We were 3 moms taking our daughters on a little night away. We all walked in and immediately fell in love with it. The host was so easy to communicate with and the condo set up is perfect for families or groups. We will absolutely be staying here again.

The house was very nice and clean and the owner is very easy to work with. Had a last minute change due to an emergency and the owner was very accommodating. The house is large and very nice and clean and the beds were comfy.

We are a group of friends/family that come to Branson every spring for a girl trip. We started staying in condos or cabins probably 15 or so years ago. We loved this location, it was easy to get into Branson or The Landing in just a few minutes. House is beautifully decorated, very comfortable for our group of six. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly as stated. We had 4 couples in our party and we all enjoyed nice rooms with adjoining baths. We will recommend this property to our friends and family.

We visited with 3 generations including a 96 year old. This house was perfect for us with with everything on one floor. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. The house was cozy and comfortable. Very clean. Ample dishes and cookware which we used to cook several meals. Instacart delivers to this location which was great and helpful. Very responsive host. Great location - quiet but close to all Branson fun. We would love to come back! Thanks for hosting my family!

We love this house because all of the bedrooms are on the main level. The layout is perfect. We were able to bring our two little dogs! Ashley answered all of my questions and was very helpful!

This is the second property we have rented from this owner. Great location! Clean and nice accommodations. I was very disappointed to see the house was not decorated for Christmas, especially since I asked the owner before booking this property if it would be decorated for Christmas. We were celebrating an early Christmas at the property!

The house was very clean. Easy to find. Close to everything. Only disappoint was kitchen could’ve been better stock and had poor quality cookware. We had a great visit with family.

Easy drive to all Branson activities.

House was very nice. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable for older people. The house smelled of urine. Wish we would have had a mop because the floors were nasty!!! Not mopped in a long time. For the cleaning fee it should be mopped and showers cleaned every stay. Soap on shower walls.

This house is great! Beautiful. Clean. All the space we needed. We loved the bathrooms in each bedroom. We were a little confused because we thought there were bunk beds in one room— my youngest was excited. But the beds were super comfy!

This condo was a perfect fit for our cousin trip .
