Beautiful home with all the amenities you need

Really nice, comfortable little house. Had everything we needed and more! We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was very well stocked. The bathrooms were nice and the toiletries that were furnished were great! Christine was very responsive to any questions we had. Loved the laundry feature. Since we didn’t anticipate as much cool weather we did need to was a couple of times. A definate life saver!!

Very nice home, clean easy access, kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, quiet neighborhood. Easy to contact host was prompt in responding.

In short, the vacation home was perfect for us. Immaculate accommodation with thoughtful extras in the fridge and cupboards, great location, helpful guidance provided on the home and trips around the area, and instant response to our query on arrival.

The property is in excellent condition, clean and modern, and well equipped. Our kids loved the bedrooms, trundle bed and cozy family room. They especially loved the comfy bedsheets. The location is convenient to downtown Cedar City, Brianhead and other local attractions.

We stayed here for a week while we explored the surrounding areas, and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It’s in the perfect location if you want to visit Zion, Bryce Canyon, Kodachrome, and Snow Canyon – it has easy access to the freeway and nearby restaurants, but is in a quiet neighborhood.The unit itself is clean, spacious and very thoughtfully appointed. It has plenty of towels, comfortable beds, a very well-stocked kitchen, and nice extra touches like a basket of snacks, dishwasher & laundry pods, holiday decorations, and a shovel & salt provided for the sidewalk. The travel mugs were also appreciated, as we were usually leaving very early for our hikes!Since it’s not mentioned in the listing, I will point out that it is one half of a duplex. We did not have any noise issues with the neighboring unit, and would definitely stay here again, but it is worth noting so you’re not surprised.

Our family of four adults had a great weekend stay in Christine’s home. We received detailed check-in instructions and the entire home was immaculate when we arrived. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need, including coffee and a snack basket. She even left us fresh milk, eggs, and butter in the fridge. There are lots of nice little touches around the house - tissues and coasters on the nightstands, dark towels for makeup removal, cute fall decor, and a bunch of board games.The neighborhood itself is a short drive from downtown Cedar City and SUU. The home is a duplex and shares a wall with the neighboring home, but we didn’t hear any noise or distractions during our stay.

The house was spotless. The kitchen was supplied with everything you could want.The hostess responded almost instantly, I had a special little request and she acted on it perfectly.If we were ever go to Cedar City, we would book this place again.

This house is very up to date and comfortable.Tue decor is also very nice. I liked that it has a back yard to sit outside. Beds and furniture are comfortable and christine the host was great to work with!

We were looking for a property near the 3 national parks that we planned to visit with our 9 year old daughter. This property was very new and nice, in a good neighborhood and within close distance of many options for food, shopping, and entertainment. This property was perfect for our stay and we appreciate the clear communication from the owner.

The house was beautiful. Had all the amenities we needed. The host was wonderful to work with. The location of the house was easy to get to and neighborhood was perfect. We will definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a house in Cedar City!

The house was amazing. It was very nice and very clean. Plenty of beds and lots of extra, very cozy blankets. The host was very responsive and so nice to work. They had all the things stocked in the kitchen, including a basket of snacks, which we loved! We stayed for a girls trip and had lots of couch space for chatting. It was very comfortable and I would definitely stay again.

We were in town for a baseball tourny. We were gone all day but it was perfect for our needs. We were able to wash his uniform and relax for the next day. We would book again on our next time through.

We were in Cedar City for the summer games. This place was perfect for our landing pad between games and events. Very clean, comfortable, and the perfect size. Host was very good to communicate with and very accommodating.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in your beautiful place. Everything was so clean and the view from the back deck was amazing. The place was perfect, not to mention the treats and appliances available to us. We highly recommend your place to anyone in need of a stay in the area.

We spent four days in this home and it was prefect! We traveled to Bryce Canyon and Zion from this home and the drive was wonderful. The city is amazing also. I have nothing negative to say about this place!

The property was perfect. It was exactly as described. It was well equipped and decorated beautifully. The house was centrally located between Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed for a week. Very clean new construction. We were able to cook some family meals and had everything we needed. Nice safe neighborhood. Close to all the fun things in the area. Highly recommend. Loved the back patio for morning coffee and looking a the scenery

Great location - we were able to go to Zion national park, Brian Head ski resort, and Bryce Canyon - we even went to Kanab for special tour of white pocket - was so good - also the cedar city temple is really nice. House had everything we needed and nice backyard sitting area and the view of mountains and cow farm were nice extras. The area where house is calm and quiet. Communication with owner perfect - she would answer right away if had any questions - was perfect vacation house close to everything and perfect home base for all the things to do. Everything is close and uber eats in area worked great to stay in and relax!Was awesome property!

Very Clean home, fully stocked with extras, great location with fast and easy access to Brian Head Ski Resort. Just a few minute ride to restaurants and other stores in downtown Cedar City. Will definitely stay here again on future ski trips to Brian Head.

This property was in a perfect location to the center of Cedar City. No traffic and such a beautiful home. We took our family skiing and it was perfect for getting to the ski resort. The home was also immaculate and very well appointed. Christmas decorations and treats were left for us which provided an awesome Christmas night for our kids as they were away for Christmas night.

Absolutely nice location and home. We stayed 3 days...skiing one day up at Brian Head and hanging out with all my family. The home was super clean. The house had all sorts of fun little extras like a hot cocoa/coffee bar set up and extra treats set out. I will look for this location next time that we stay in Cedar City.

Directions were very clear and easy to find. House was very clean and well equipped, especially since we did a lot of cooking for Thanksgiving. Decor was nice. My only suggestion would be to inform future guests that the television is streaming only. I would have brought my passwords had I known.

This home had everything. The host Christine was wonderful. The home spacious clean organized and had everything you could think of. The area was perfect on the edge of town! 10 stars. Thank you Christine.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. My only suggestion be that the listing is updated to say there is no washer/dryer on premise.

Our stay was peaceful...no traffic where we were. It wassparling clean and neat. We loved that there were great kitchen supplies so we could actually cook and eat. It was ver cizy and comfortable. We'll be back!
