PROPERTY AMENITIES
Elevator (to All Floors), Internet, Televisions, Heat and Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer and Dryer, Range and Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, a K-Cup coffee machine, Basic Kitchen Amenities. The home offers various games for guests to enjoy (such as cornhole, a giant Connect Four, ladderball, a washer toss game, board games, cards, Uno, Jenga, and a Pac-Man arcade game). All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt and pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.

    Here’s a clearer, more polished version:---Overall, this property was great for a family vacation. It suited our group of 12 perfectly, with a bunk room, a room with double beds, and three king bedrooms.There were a few hiccups: very limited hand soap, no dish soap or sponge in the kitchen, and partially used toilet paper rolls in the bathrooms with no replacements provided—though we were informed these items are not included. The linen policy is also unusual: the beds are not made with sheets, though the comforters are “tucked in” on them. This was frustrating, especially when arriving late at night with small children.Additionally, during our stay, two random cars parked in the driveway. Since it was after hours, the management company could only “take note” of it, which wasn’t very helpful. While this issue may have been outside their direct control, the response still felt lacking.Despite these inconveniences, the property itself was perfect for our needs, and we were glad to have rented it. We would happily stay here again.
