Brand new townhome with shaded patio, desert views, central AC & great location

This was a perfect place for our family to stay! We loved the space and amenities. Will definitely stay again!

If you need to rent a home with at least 5 queen or king beds in a private room, then this is it. We had 5 couples stay the weekend in this home and we each had our own space/bathroom. I would highly recommend this home.

This house was great! Clean and plenty of room for all of us. Easy check in and out. Great kitchen and fully stocked. Great location if you are going to Zion National Park! We would definitely book this house again!!

The property management charged us for pool towels that we did not take! Very disappointing.

Having 5 bathrooms was dreamy. We stayed here with our 4 married adult children. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of room for everyone. The awesome pool and pickleball courts were just a few houses down the road.

I wish all properties I book could be as nice as this one. My family of six had a wonderful experience and the kids LOVED the lazy river at the community pool. The house is brand new and very clean! Each bedroom has a private bathroom and TV. We truly had a relaxing and comfortable place to rest after our exhausting days enjoying the National Parks. Thank you for hosting us!

Felt like home! Although we left a set of car keys and it has been a little difficult communicating to see if they found them where we said we left them.

We came for the State and Regional Marching Band Competitions in St George. We loved that each room has its own bathroom. And the community amenities were great too! I wish they had a crock pot and an electric griddle. We’d return for sure.

Location and amenities were great! The kitchen was well stocked and with 7 people, it did not feel crowded at all.

Loved everything about this place. From the ease of the transaction to the great communication, cleanliness, the neighborhood was near multiple eateries. The best part was the pool, slide and lazy river.

My husband and I took 4 married adult children and their spouses to St George to swim, kayak, and see Tuacahn plays. This townhome was ideal. Here’s why: 1) Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom- quite a luxury 2) The pool was fantastic! It had a fun slide, lazy river, hot tubs, etc. 3) We were able to park all 3 vehicles and 1 trailer in the 2-car garage and driveway 4) The kitchen and dining area was a fun hub for meals games, and conversation- big enough to accommodate all of us. We would definitely book again!
