Excellent sccommodations

Stay was enjoyable and location was excellent! Near grocery , coffee, restaurants, and the park seems to always have something going on. Would suggest more than one kitchen hand towel and bath towels. Garbage disposal side was broken or not draining properly.

A quick little getaway for cousins who hadn’t seen each other in a couple of years reuniting and we had a fabulous time in the beautiful city of Savannah and enjoyed the lovely home on Howard Street.

CLEAN! Loved the cleanliness and the spaciousness of the property. The kitchen was stocked with some essentials although we only ate in once because there are too many good restaurants in Savannah. Suggestions to improve the property are to put a lamp in the lounge (there is only overhead lighting without a dimmer) and a clock in the bedrooms. The TV is located in a strange spot far from the seating area. Lucky Savannah was easy to contact and answered all my questions. Also, we had a rental car and the gated entry to the garage was an added level of security we appreciated. Yes, we would stay there again!

The neighborhood is beautiful and perfectly located across from one of the best parks in Savannah (Forsyth Park). The beds were comfortable, and the linens and pillows were clean. The furnishings were of high quality, and the decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. This is one of the best vacation stays we've had in recent memory. A beautiful townhouse in the heart of Forsyth Park! Very clean, spacious and quiet for our get away. We were thankful for the garage space so we didn’t have to leave the car on the street. Lucky Savannah was very easy to work with and had great communication. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed a 4 nights long stay at the Howard Grande property and were very impressed with the location, cleanliness, and that it was a newer building. The garage and gate made us feel safe as well. The area is very walkable and we were just steps from Forsyth park. We only had one issue with the property during our stay and Lucky Savannah provided us with great, friendly service. We cannot wait to return and book with Lucky Savannah again.

It’s beautiful, clean and has plenty of space for 2 couples or a family of 4. The finishes are high end and it’s in a beautiful location, right off the park by a short block. Garage space under the home is a bonus, also! The only issue we have had both times staying here is that no one can figure out how to use the living room tv, but that’s not a huge deal since we’re out and about mostly anyway.

This is an incredibly well-appointed townhome with views of Forsyth Park from the kitchen door. I can't say enough about how comfortable and secure we felt staying there (the gated, garage parking was wonderful). And, Lucky Savannah is incredibly responsive and accommodating. I will look to ALWAYS book with Lucky Savannah anytime my travels take me to Savannah (and I would definitely put Howard Grande as my top choice for accommodations)!
