We stayed here in August. Each upstairs room has a window a/c. The middle upstairs room was hot no matter how much the window a/c ran. There is an odor of basement smell throughout the house. The location is terrific to get to the lake and to hiking. Communication is terrible with the owner. I accidentally left an item in the house. I contacted the owner within 2 hours of leaving the property to get it shipped back. I offered to pay for the shipping. It is Oct and I still don’t have the item back. I have sent multiple messages since staying ant the property to get my item back. have received no response at all. I am frustrated and the only way I have to communicate is this review.

We needed a place to stay that was close toCrocket’s Run. It was the perfect location with all the amenities! Eat breakfast at The M & M!

Our recent stay unfortunately was less than desirable. Upon arrival we were greeted with urine smell all throughout the first level. Furniture in the house covered in animal urine. The backyard was not at all maintained, there was tons of other previous animals feces in the yard space. The coffee maker didnt work, the dishwasher wasnt in functional use either. The home was advertised as a Luxury home and it was far from. While it was decorated nice the downfalls honestly didn't make up for it. The furniture outside also smelled of urine making it not enjoyable. I'm not one to complain but I feel very mislead and honestly over charged for what we experienced. My family spent alot of money to be in an environment that has not been properly maintained.

Lovely home, communication with hosts was excellent. Cozy feeling as hosts left wine and coffee pods which was a nice touch. House was super clean, fenced in yard was great. Only downside, heating system is very loud and stairs are a bit narrow and steep but overall would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed staying at the Frances Rose but bugs was in the bathroom. Hair was in the upstairs bath tub. Baseboards and window sills were very dusty. Small trash cans are needed in the bedrooms. Enclosed Mattress protectors need to be put on the mattresses.

We truly enjoyed the coffee bar, the patio and fenced in yard, and the master bedroom bed. Above all; the cozy media room was where we spent every evening. Fun, fun, fun.

The house was very clean and well renovated. The beds were very comfortable. The house was well laid out. The owners (Mark and Rach) were very welcoming and a pleasure to work with. They were incredibly thoughtful in all of the special touches to make it pleasant experience. We will certainly stay there again if we are in the area.
