Bask in the glow of the sunset in the first-floor queen suite, featuring a full bathroom with a tub shower combo and direct access to the backyard. Kick up your feet and enjoy your favorite shows on the large TV in the first floor living room, located just off the garage game room and nearby the second full bathroom on the first floor. Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances.
