Brand New Renovated 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Home in Cape Coral, FL with heated pool

Great location and on a great canal. The outside of the property could use some work but the inside was updated and very nice. It’s kind of weird sharing the pool with the next door neighbor .The only things lacking were a cork screw and a dresser in the master. Overall I would recommend this property.

Place was very comfortable and incredibly clean. The pool and patio overlooking the river was beautiful.

First of all the property was as pictured online. Very nice. But this was a duplex and I did not see it listed this way, thankfully the neighbor was our age, we would have been VERY disappointed if there had been kids as this was our time away from the grandkids and we wanted adult time. Neighbors in another condo told us that the renters right before us had loud teenagers that were left alone. Also the floors are DANGEROUSLY slippery!!!!! We ended up using the beach towels on the floor so we didn't slip and fall, a few rugs would have taken care of this, also actual grill tools would have been handy. On the plus side we had dolphins showing off in the canal every morning! Good location, easy to find , we would book here again.

Beautiful property in a great town. Saw dolphins and manatee in the canal, but didn’t catch any fish. The house is up to date and easy to fall in love with and also hard to leave, lol. Would definitely think about staying there again, worth every penny. Host is easy to contact and very understanding. Thank you.

Great place.

Overall it was good. We did not wifi access for our laptops and had to request. It took a few back and forth request, but we finally got the password. There were no pillows for the beds. There were pillow that were in the shams, but no pillow cases. Some queen pillow cases were dropped off, but the master has King pillows. Also, there was no soap or shampoo in the bathrooms, most VRBO's I have booked have these amenities. There is no microwave which would have been nice. overall house was done nicely. It is a duplex. I did not see this in the description when renting but it did not turn out to be an issue. We were there to work so we were in and out.

We had a great time in SW FL! This property was perfect for the 4 of us who made it, but could have easily slept a couple more. It is newly renovated & very clean, which is so important to a comfortable stay away from home. It also has a nice pool with good outdoor space for swimming and lounging outside. All in all, a great experience! 5/5
