Brand new quiet and cozy tiny home in the Arroyo!

Great cozy place

Clean, quiet & had everything we needed! AC was a big plus. Location was convenient for all our Highland Park activities. Would stay again!

Though small, the Casita provided all the necessities and niceties one could expect for a more than comfortable stay. Host(s) were responsive to questions-sometimes within minutes. And the flowering plants attracted hummingbirds, butterflies, and pollinators. Street had minimal traffic, and parking was problem-free, directly in front of the building. Especially appreciated the location close to family-so less time for driving.

Very cute, clean, quiet. and well-conceived small home. It was perfect for my stay in Pasadena, with very easy access by car to local sights and grocery stories. Loved the bed and bedding!The owners were very pleasant and accommodating.

This place is exactly as advertised. It was spotless, adorable, and had everything you would need. Travis was super helpful and friendly, even when we got lost. :)

The perfect place for our short stay in LA! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Street parking was never an issue either!

Travis was so patient with us as our flights from New Zealand kept getting cancelled. Any message we sent him via the vrbo app was answered promptly (even with the time difference between New Zealand and LAX! He seemed relieved that we'd finally gotten back to US soil and showed up to self check-in. The vrbo was perfect for us - quiet neighborhood, easy street parking, great bed(!), good kitchen set-up with all we needed to be able to do breakfast and dinners, well appointed (they had thought of everything) for our (shortened) visit to see family and friends. The only suggestion we might make would be to include a box of Kleenex (rather than use TP! :-). Thank you, Travis, for a respite in a crazy return trip home to NY state! The only question - do you ever consider renting for a longer stay??

This was the perfect spot for a weekend stay. The home is charming, clean, and very thoughtfully put together. Communication with the hosts was smooth from start to finish. We especially appreciated the small details like the Chemex with ground coffee. The bed was super comfortable, and the space felt quiet and peaceful the entire time. It had everything we needed and more.

I would live here if I could! An absolutely wonderful stay! I was blown away by the detail of how this casita was built and set up. They provided me with everything I could need from shampoo/conditioner/shower gel to laundry detergent and more. The location is incredible, it’s so close by to so many great restaurants and shops on York. I also got great rest here and never had trouble finding parking. If you’re visiting LA, this is definitely the place to stay for both a restful and conveniently located home away from home :)

What a cute little place, and yet still plenty roomy and well designed. Quiet street and easy access to a variety of neighborhoods.

The place was tastefully decorated with new appliances, renovated bathroom and convenient access to washer and dryer including detergent sheets. The host were responsive to any request. The area was diverse, with some great restaurants nearby, and easy access to 110. We enjoyed our time.

Great little cottage with everything you would need. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. It’s indeed cozy.

This place was perfect for me and my 13 yo daughter. Front room had a fold out bed for her and the bedroom has a huge comfortable bed. Washer and dryer were valuable esp if you plan on some beach visits. Hosts are in the front house but leave u alone unless you need something. Definitely recommend

What a beautiful space! Functional, clean, and so many thoughtful touches including coffee, tea, and some instant oatmeal. We loved the toiletries and the bed was super comfortable! Not to mention the smart TV and the COMFORTABLE bed. Our hosts were great — they live next door but gave us as much privacy as we wanted, though we enjoyed a chat with them on our way out. The street is quiet and there was always street parking available. 10/10 would stay again!

This is a great tiny home. Everything you need. Clean, comfortable and easy to get anywhere.

We had a cozy and happy stay here with two parents and a grade school kid. Having our own place and a kitchen was key for a four day visit to family in the area. Love the colors, the wardrobe, being able to do a load of laundry and we all miss that fabulous shower!

This place is adorable! If you're with someone you're close to (friend, partner), it's ideal. Just know that the owners live next door over a low fence. But they are not intrusive at all. The picnic table may not be the best place to hang out because the trash and recycling are right there. But we had a blast regardless. spot for hanging out as c
