Stayed Jan 13, 2025Very nice comfortable stay in a quiet location. Has all the amenities including laundry. The Base shopping centre, grocery and bakeries are only a short drive away. The contact details (email and phone) provided on Expedia and check-in emails need to be updated as they are incorrect. Once we finally got in touch with Merryl, she was fantastic, responsive and very helpful.

Stayed Jan 11, 2025My whanau and I absolutely loved our stay here it is such a beautiful area, the people in the neighbourhood were so friendly. The house is epicable and we will definately to staying here again if coming to Hamilton, A Highly Recommended to all!!

Stayed Mar 31, 2025Being our second stay in the property, we expected another high quality experience and were not disappointed. The house was perfectly appointed for our requirements. A great location for our family, and close to supermarkets/The Base shopping. A couple of minor issues with the alarm code and missing cutlery were quickly resolved. Thanks again - a thoroughly recommended property.
