Stayed Aug 20, 2025Home was just as advertised. Brand new house in a new subdivision. Was comfortable with adequate space for our family. Neighbourhood was quiet. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed Oct 12, 2024Utsav’s house was the perfect size for 4 adults and he was an excellent, responsive host. The house was not very clean with spilled food in the fridge and in the kitchen sinks, crumbs on the table and counters, hair and soap on the shower floor and in the tub. There were lots of cleaning products so we were able to correct these deficiencies but it would be a good idea to check on the condition of the house prior to the next renters. Also, there was no hair dryer, an amenity that is always provided. We originally rented this home because pets are allowed. At the last moment, we decided to leave our dog at home but it would have been an ideal location for a pet with lots of green space and trails nearby.
