Brand new, Modern 4Bed+Office, 3storeys, Whole house, 4/5 parking in Pickering

The space was as described and matched the pictures. Very clean and spacious. Had a lovely stay. Was able to accommodate my family and still have space. Didn't use the office as the dining table allowed me to work and hang with the family. No problems at all. Easy to reserve and even extended my stay with no problems.

The place was clean when we got there and the check in instructions were very clear.

We had such a great experience during our stay! The property was clean, cozy and exactly as described, but what really made the difference was the owner’s hospitality. Any time we had a question, they responded quickly. It made us feel comfortable and looked after. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-managed stay.

The check in process was quick and easy. The host communicated with us the entire stay and was helpful until the very end. The property itself was stunning and very clean. My family and I felt very comfortable and safe which is what we wanted. Definitely would book again!

Utsav’s house was the perfect size for 4 adults and he was an excellent, responsive host. The house was not very clean with spilled food in the fridge and in the kitchen sinks, crumbs on the table and counters, hair and soap on the shower floor and in the tub. There were lots of cleaning products so we were able to correct these deficiencies but it would be a good idea to check on the condition of the house prior to the next renters. Also, there was no hair dryer, an amenity that is always provided. We originally rented this home because pets are allowed. At the last moment, we decided to leave our dog at home but it would have been an ideal location for a pet with lots of green space and trails nearby.
