BRAND NEW LUXURY VACATION HOME - 6 BEDROOM 4.5 BATHROOMS DIRECTLY ON THE SAND

Great place to stay. On the beach and within walking distance to many places to eat and shop. All the beach, ocean and pool equipment/toys we needed to enjoy the stay.

The Beach View was FABULOUS!!!! and all the kitchen supplies were great too.

Host responded very promptly. The house was amazing.Very clean and everything was exactly as indicated.

Our week started off just as most of the reviews describe: nice house, awesome beach, great location. Unfortunately, mid-week, we were blind-sided by a 24/7 major construction project for beach renourishment. This involved our beach access being completely cut off and major machinery operating at all hours of the day and night directly on the beach/pool side of the property. The loud construction noise went on all day and night, causing sleepless nights and less-than-relaxing days. While other home-owners in the area told us they were made aware more than a month prior of this project via a detailed letter, and able to track progress of the construction online, the owner and manager of this house took no accountability for making us aware of the situation at any point prior to our stay or communicating to us about it while were there. They claimed it was not planned at the time we booked, so it is not their problem. This owner and property manager offered us credit for a future stay, not any credit for this unpleasant stay. Travelers beware, this was certainly not anywhere near to the 5-star experience that was advertised, and the manager/owner have failed to communicate and respond in a timely or ethical way. I would also note that the kitchen pans that a previous guest mentioned are in rough condition have not yet been replaced, as an example of the poor follow-through.

We have stayed here four years ago - everything was exceptional! We only had two negative items - Amenities in Kitchen - cookware needs to be replaced - Teflon coating coming off - and two of the mattresses needing to be replaced but that is our only negative comments and look forward to another booking in 2 years - one of our favorite houses we have stayed in!

We stayed here for a week with three family groups. It was great to have the pool and the beach so close to each other so when we got hot, we could come hose off and take a dip in the pool. The kitchen has absolutely everything you’ll ever need. Close distance to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Far enough away from the big hotel resorts that the beach was pretty calm. Can’t wait to come back.

Whether you’re relaxing in the spacious living room, dining outside, or enjoying direct beach access, this home creates an atmosphere of pure bliss.If you're looking for a luxurious coastal retreat where every need is thoughtfully catered to, this vacation home is second to none. I can’t recommend it highly enough—it’s the ultimate getaway for anyone seeking comfort, style, and unforgettable memories by the sea.

This house was perfect for our family of 14 (kids, teens, and adults). Very clean, great amenities, and you can’t beat the fact that it is right on the beach. Property managers were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to visit again soon!
