Stayed Mar 3, 2020I have stayed in several homes rented through HomeAway/VRBO, and all were positive experiences. However, Manvel was the most attentive owner that I have ever had the privilege of renting from. He communicated right from the start and was in contact a number of times during our stay to make sure everything was a great experience for us. The house was conveniently located to the conference we were attending, and being able to park our vehicle in the garage was a nice bonus! Everything about the house was clean and well-organized. Even the check-out process was simple. I would definitely rent this home again, if given the opportunity!

Stayed Oct 18, 2019My family and I had a great time here! There was plenty of space inside and outside for kids to run around. There were some board games and some games outside as well to keep us entertained. Everything was very clean and brand new. We went to Universal Studios and the 20 min drive wasn’t bad at all. The owner was very responsive when it came to questions and making sure everything was okay. Next time we come to LA with a large group we hope to book this house again!

Stayed Oct 11, 2019This home was perfect for our family vacation! Plenty of space for all of us, four adults and three children. The home was spotless with everything we needed to prepare meals and more luxury towels and bed linens than we could even use. Owner was extremely easy to work with and always available! On a quiet street with easy access to Universal Studios and downtown LA. Would definitely recommend this property and hope we will have the opportunity to visit again!
