Brand new Luxury EV CHARGINg mins to downtown

very very nice house just needs 2 more tvs lol, great host texted back immediately when i had a issue and fixed it

I had to ask for both the check in and check out instructions, which is frustrating. The house also smelled like a chain smoker had lived there for 50 years prior to it being renovated. I'm not sure if the guests before were that horrible or this is how the house actually is. The renovation is nice but the smell was bad and it lasted throughout the stay. It also was not as clean as other reviews stated it was. It felt like it was forgotten that guests were going to be staying there. Overall, not impressed by it and would not spend the money there again.

House was freezing cold when we checked in.

This was one of the nicest VRBO places we have ever stayed in. The home looks brand new, exactly like the pictures. It is very clean and well-stocked. I would highly recommend this place to others!

It was a lot of on-the-go for us as we were traveling for business. However, we managed to discover some local attractions, and wonderful food options!.

House was very nice had everything you needed the only issue was there was not a tv in every room. But overall it was nice and you can tell there is gentrification going on in the area

The property was just how it looked online. Our stay was for two weeks, so it would’ve been helpful to have a few extra supplies. Whatever we didn’t purchase, was delivered when asked. My primary complaint was the airflow in the front bedroom. It was over 95 most days, and the front bedroom was extremely hot, which made it difficult to sleep. Hopefully, that gets repaired. If so, it would’ve been a close to perfect stay.

The house is nice, there's no storage for you to put clothes away so you have to live out of your suitcase. The neighborhood and surrounding areas are a little sketch.

We were in town for a wedding. Home was very clean and well kept. The backyard space was nice to hang out with dogs. Communication from host was very minimal. My only concern was a housekeeper showed up the first morning we were there to clean. Thankfully we were leaving and caught her before she went in or she could have let my daughter’s 2 dogs out. She showed us that she had instructions to clean the home so that should probably be worked out a little better as we had the house for 3 more days. Overall it was a great stay and we enjoyed the home.

The house was new, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We were in Charlotte for the PGA and this was a great base for us.

This is a nice cozy home and would stay again in a heartbeat! It is very convenient to Uptown Charlotte and minutes away from just about everything. From the outside you'd think the home is small, but walking in, there is a huge vaulted ceiling looking looking directly into an open kitchen with a very nice island. If you have the chance, give this place a stay!

Overall the stay was good. Communication at the start pretty shaky. Most disturbing thing is someone, using the door key code, walked into the house Sunday morning saying she was there to clean. At the time my wife was there alone. Really frightened her. We had the house until Monday am. The house was nice and newly remodeled. The yard was really high though.

PROS: Brand new, extremely clean, open and bright floorplan that had great flow. Even though it looks like a tiny home, it's surprisingly big...especially the kitchen. It's also pet friendly with a nice fenced yard. Location is fabulous within minutes from downtown. You can't walk to restaurants, but many hotspots are only a 5-10 min car ride. The host allowed us early check in which was very nice, and the price was right. CONS: I wanted so badly to give five stars because of the numerous pros of this property, but the main issue was that each of the 3 beds had a mattress that was hard as a brick. Our 3 family members that stayed here had 2 sleepless nights and were exhausted the entire weekend due to this. A simple upgrade in mattress quality would for sure earn this property 5 stars in the future from other visitors. It's definitely not something to skimp on for vacay rental. Perhaps they could add the foam egg crate toppers in the meantime? Other Suggestions for the Host: Like previous reviewers stated, the walls were completely bare and a few pictures could really add to the coziness and appeal. Because the ceilings are so high and the floorplan so open, it seemed extra bare. Also a small dresser in each room would be nice to unpack your bags into. The bedrooms only had the bed and 2 nightstands....nothing on the walls. I think the property just needs a woman's touch to add some extra charm (and new mattresses), and the house would be an absolute FIVE!

This property was just what we were looking for and expected. It was clean and comfortable. I would consider it more of a house than a home as there is nothing hanging on the walls and for the most part just a bed in the bedrooms. However, we didn't need all that warm feeling stuff. The kitchen is very well equipped, so if you're planning on preparing meals at this property you won't be disappointed. Lots of dishes, cups, pots, pans, bowls, and glasses. The thing I appreciated most was the host was very responsive whenever I had an inquiry. He always got back to me in a timely fashion. It was a good and easy stay.

I was unable to stay at this property due to my concert being cancelled two nights before I was suppose to be traveling to Charlotte. The owner was never able to be contacted so that I could communicate. I was told the property manager would reach back out to me and he never did. I understand they were following the cancellation policy, but I was told I would be refunded the cleaning fee and then VRBO reached back out and the owners declined to refund any of the fees. I was really disappointed in the lack of communication, lack of availability, and then being told I would receive some sort of refund and being contacted back to be told they had changed their minds. Unfortunately, I will be looking for a new place to stay now that the concert has been rescheduled for May 2025.
