Yes, the host was very accommodating and even stopped by to check if we needed help with turning on appliances and other electronics.

We booked this house for a weekend a group of 5. The house is huge, spacious and beautiful. Every room has its own bathroom and shower, and there is an additional half bathroom in the house. The pool is amazing, the fire places are amazing too. And best of all the hosts were amazing too! I highly recommend staying here.

The house was even more dramatic than the photos.Everyone in our group loved the entertaining space and the pool with the amazing backdrop of the mountains.

2nd stay at the property. A 3rd is definitely on the cards.

We had a wonderful time and the house was all what they detail. The only down it was very hot during our stay and the AC unit couldn’t keep up in the primary suite. I give it 4.8 out of 5.

We had a nice girls trip at this house, and the house exceeded our expectations. It's very spacious and the pool is beautiful, There is even a small putting green. Great location to lots of nice restaurants. The host was very responsive and friendly and the house was well stocked so we didn't have to worry about buying spices, paper products, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

This property was a wonderful spot in our favorite part of Palm Springs, the Mesa. The 5 en-suite bedrooms were great, so every member of our extended family had their own privacy. And the pool and hot tub were fantastic!

The house was as described in the listing—spacious, and welcoming. The layout of the home was perfect for our group, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy our stay.The kitchen was fully equipped with an added luxury of an espresso machine. The living area was cozy, and had a beautiful view of the backyard area. We especially loved the outdoor space & pool.Location-wise, the house was ideally situated, close to downtown.Communication with the host was simple and they were responsive.Downsides: no music/strict noise restrictions (which is a city ordinance at at any time of day), on the last night we were having dinner inside with the wide slider opened and received a noise complaint, this was 7pm with a group of 10 for dinner, causing us to close the slider and be inside the rest of the evening. There was also an issue heating the pool/timing, but the hosts were responsive and the matter was handled.

This property is beyond beautiful and clean. Great for a group. It’s even nicer than the pictures! We loved our stay in this beautiful neighborhood

This property was stunning. It was 100% as advertised. It had all the comforts of home and more. The only challenge was the adults were very concerned about making noise outside the home based off of the guidance of the property owner. We spent considerable time making sure the children with us did not disturb the neighbors by having fun. The intolerance of noise outside the home makes it less than ideal if you have children in your party.

Overall property was as described and you can't beat the location. Communication was great and everyone was very responsive. There were some pool heating issues for us which was a drawback although they did get folks out to look it very quickly. Could just be a thing for pools that time of year. Everything else was great and the folks were good to work with.

We had a lovely stay at this spacious and modern home. Loved the ping pong table and the view of the mountains.

The place is very nice. Very new. Close to a lot of very nice restaurants of variety. Pool is great as well. No music is a bit annoying but we tolerated it ok.

This house was just what we needed for a successful girl’s weekend! The check-in process was easy and communication with the property manager was easy. Location was great and the house had the basics of what we needed. Thank you for a great stay!

Great modern house. Very close to the airport and downtown Palm Springs. Nice upscale area close to great hiking as well

The property was lovely, gorgeous area, and the location was perfect for us. We didn't need 5 bedrooms but the online picture and description was what sold us. There is a but... For the cost and expenses associated with the property there is no ice maker, they are stingy with paper towels, and no Kleenex. These are inconsequential things cost wise, it's a couple of bucks... The backyard was filthy, the cushions spotted and dirty, the tables has food and trash on it. They leave one garage door opener and one key to the front door. For a 5 bedroom house there should be additional openers/keys.
