Stayed Jul 19, 2025Our stay was magical! We had the best vacation spent with our friends. The sunsets were incredible, location was perfect and the house was so accommodating to all our needs. The owners Jerry and Jess answered any questions we had quickly and were very helpful! We will definitely be back!

Stayed Dec 28, 2024This was a great quiet place to get away to. Outdoor fire pit was perfect for this time of year and our kids loved the hot tub. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking. I can only imagine what it would be like to be there during the summer months.

Stayed Jul 15, 2024The pictures do not even do this absolutely beautiful lake house justice! All you need to bring with you is your personal belongings and food. The view was gorgeous! Amazing sunset view from the deck or sitting around the fire pit. The owner was absolutely great. He answered and kept in contact when we had a question to ask. 10/10 for how clean the entire property was. Can’t say enough good things about this property. If you are looking to have an amazing vacation trust me my family and I had the best time.

Stayed Jul 10, 2024Highly recommend this home to rent! It was a newly beautiful remodeled home. Sonos surround sound in every room which we enjoyed. Everything you needed to prepare meals was thought of along with a BBQ grill. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the outside was wonderful with tons of seating. Watching the sunset every night was an added bonus. Great host and very accommodating!

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Perfect location, if you want the charm and peace of a quiet place, yet 30 minutes from Traverse City. Beautiful property nestled on a crystal clear Elk lake. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything you needed to make meals for 10 people. Loved the outside fire place, dock, seating. Inside, we had plenty of room to sleep my whole family. And finally, for me personally, the cottage location facing the sunset made every night magical! Highly recomend.
