It was perfect location next to the marina. Properly was as expected and clean.

Clean and great view!

We had 3 families staying in this home for a softball tournament. The double bunk room was perfect for the players to share, and the parents each had their own rooms. The pullout sofa was perfect for the little kids. The roof top patio was awesome for the adults! We were also there for the 4th of July and had a 360 degree view of fireworks on the lake! The restaurant on property was also fun for happy hour and the food was great! If you are staying here for tournaments, you are about 30-45 minutes from the fields, but I felt like the travel time was still so worth it to stay here! We also went to Broadway 2x, and it was only a 30 minute drive. If we’re ever back in Nashville with friends, we will definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

Good place for resting after being in the area all day. If you are looking for a gathering place for meals, this place lacks table space and you'll need to be flexible. Our kids didn't mind sitting in random spots, but others may. Great place. Quiet.

We were extreme pleased with our stay. We had just enough time to relax and the hustle and bustle of graduation. It was an added plus with the restaurant near by. The house was perfect and gave everyone their own space. Our daughter still lives here so we will be returning.

Place was as described. Beds are super comfortable. Living space is a little tight, but workable. Groups larger than 8 would be a tight squeeze. Would recommend to family and friends.

We really enjoyed our stay! There were 8 of us and plenty of room for all of us. Beds were very comfortable. We spent most of our time downtown so we didn’t get a chance to have dinner at the marina but it looked like a cool place. We had breakfast just a couple of miles away at The Flat Tire restaurant…it was delicious, everyone loved their food and the service was great!

When I rent a nice 4 bedroom, 3 bath place, I assume there's enough sitting space for everyone to comfortably visit. I definitely should have asked more questions about the layout of the townhome and if there was a dining area for 10 people instead of just assuming. Overall, it's a nice, clean place in a great location!! Our group consisted of 20 something year olds and 55+ adults, both groups didn't like ALL the stairs. We made it work and had a great time at the lake.
