Brand new light and bright Birch Bay Beach house

Really enjoyed this property, great location, close to the water, great home layout, quiet area at night. Thank you!

The moment you walk in, in smells so fresh and clean. We had a little hiccup with our passcode getting in but the property was so easy to contact and got us in right away. We were very comfortable and would absolutely stay here again!

The location was nice & the accommodations were good. The only surprise was that the 3rd bedroom is on the outside of the house & there is accessing the house other than going through the sliding door which meant if one of us stayed out there, we would have no access to the bathroom if the doors were locked. Not very safe in this day & age.

The house was very nice, plenty of room for 6 adults

We booked a girls weekend in this property because it advertised 3 bedrooms and we paid a little more for this. The 3rd bedroom is actually a converted shed outside which requires key code and does not have access to any washroom facilities. If a person needs to use the washroom in the night you have to go outside and go around the front of the building. I was emailed a wifi password and it did not work. I called the woman who takes care of this property and she was extremely rude. Her first sentence to me was “ it worked for the person that were there before you guys.”We found the updated password in the guest book and managed to log on. We contacted her again because there was a noticeable bad smell around the property. She told us it’s either a nearby farm or the ocean. We suggested she come out and check it out cause it kinda smells like sewage. Again brought up that there were people here ahead of us and “they didn’t have this issue”. Super frustrating. I will never rent this property again

The house was clean and roomy. Nice backyard to sit out and enjoy. The only Negative was the barking dog across the street, and the third bedroom was separate from the main house but overall a really nice place to stay

Place was clean and looked beautiful! Linens were bright and location was so nice with a cute yard and close to the beach. Celebrated our Mom's Birthday. One of the rooms is outside the main house which turned out to be a nice retreat. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Overall a great stay and just a short walk to the beach.

Cute little place.

This house was a perfect fit for our little getaway before school starts. It's within walking distance of a little grocery store and some restaurants. The beach is fun to explore, especially when the tide is out. We didn't need a thing and have zero complaints!
