Brand New House, Sleeps 8, Private Beach Rights, Hot Tub!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The host’s hospitality was top-notch, and the communication was seamless throughout our trip. Previous house guess left dishes and some trash by the hot tub. The private beach was nice but the water was not as clean as i thought it would be. The house was great no complaints there at all. They provided towels dishes and shower needs witch we didn't expect so that was nice. Me my wife my 4 kids and my mother all had plenty of space and had a great stay. Would definitely stay there agian.

We had an amazing Beach vacation. The house has everything you need and a wagon to get you there. The walk to the beach is super easy. We loved every minute and were sad to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay at Two Trees. The home was great, very clean, and well appointed. The master bathroom was amazing! We had just about everything we needed. It was really helpful having beach chairs and towels ready to go. The private beach was a short 10 minute walk, and was very nice and not busy. Our kids loved it. The only small critiques I would have is the living room furniture only seated 4 in a house that sleeps more. Lots of room for a big comfy sectional. We also loved the big windows in the bedrooms, but have small kids that wake up early with the early summer sun. Some room darkening blinds or curtains would be amazing! If you’re a light sleeper, make sure to bring a fan to sleep with. The nearby train is rather loud, but we got used to it. We loved the house and beach though, and would definitely stay again!

The house was great - we loved that we could walk easily to the beach multiple times in a day. There were so many towels, beach toys, kitchen supplies including spices, trash bags, everything. The house looked clean and new. We had so much fun.

We loved staying at this house. It was clean, spacious, and everything was provided to make our stay wonderful! The neighborhood is lovely, the walk to the beach is easy and about 5 minutes. The hot tub was clean and ready to use. My group of girlfriends and I would love to stay here again!

This is a lovely, clean and comfortable house. Fully stocked kitchen which was great for cooking. Easy walk to the lake. Great for a winter get away because you can walk for miles down the beach, it's quiet, and the amazing hot tub! Eli is an excellent and responsive host. Would highly recommend!

Very clean home. Very close to the beach and good distance to other recreational activities, quiet neighborhood. Eli will answer any questions you have instantly. The hot tub is very well maintained. I think the pictures of this listing don’t do this home justice. Would definitely do another girls trip here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. House was spacious enough for 5/6 of us. Kitchen is very workable with lots of counter space and pantry space. Beach is a relatively short easy walk. We really enjoyed the hot tub. My only recommendation is that it would be nice to have more living room furniture seating as there’s only 4 places to sit but the house sleeps 8. But the house is very comfortable and clean. Beds are all very comfortable. We would stay again for sure . Owners are very nice to work with. Loved our stay.

The house was even better than expected. It sits at dead end street so no traffic. Walk to beach was easy, even with really young kids. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. The house had everything we needed plus. We really loved everything about this property.

This is our second time staying at this property and it was once again a week filled with great memories for the entire family. The location and amenities are exactly what you're hoping for on a vacation. This is one of our favorite places to stay and we look forward to future trips at this location.

The house is very nice and the location is fantastic. Litteraly a 7 minute walk from blender to beach. Eli was easy to communicate with and answered our questions promptly. The hot tub was a nice touch. The private beach is awesome. Our family really enjoyed it. Our kids rode bikes into Union Pier through the beautiful neighborhood. It's relatively close to Rt12, so some people may have an issue with traffic noise or train noise, but it didn't bother us at all. We have been renting in the area for six years, and it's part of the charm.

I visited with my daughter and daughter-in-law and we were all wowed by the home, its location, cleanliness and amenities. Its location was very private and serene with no detailed overlooked. The access to the clean private beach was just minutes away and the convenient wagon helped bring our food down to the beach for the day. I own a vacation rental in Sedona, AZ and am viewing things from a fellow VRBO owner perspective and was very impressed! Thank you for your attention to detail and letting us stay at your beautiful home. We will return!
