It is located at SW Cedar Rapids, 15 minuets away from the cedar river and downtown, 30 minutes drive from downtown Iowa City and the University. Stayed Mar 21, 2025This well-kept home is located in a quiet, newer area with quick access to main roads that easily take you to any destination in the area. The king-size bed that we slept in was very comfortable. (Not many VRBOs offer two bathrooms and a king-size bed!).

Stayed Oct 25, 2024We enjoyed our stay here. The unit was immaculate with comfortable beds. We were in Cedar Rapids for a wedding and found it easy to get to the center of the city. We were glad to find a rental with two bathrooms; it’s surprising how many CR rentals have only one bathroom for four people.

Stayed Jul 16, 2022My husband and I loved our rental duplex. It was very clean, easy to find, and updated. Everything we needed was there. It’s located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We also appreciated the king bed and a good nights sleep. We were visiting family in North Liberty for 4 weeks and this rental was only 20 minutes away from their home. It was just a great stay and I would stay at this rental again.
