This home was beautiful and functional. We were a family of 11 adults and one 9 month old. My children and grandchildren really appreciated being able to walk to town and bicycling all over the Island. We all enjoyed the heated pool, the hot tub and exercise room. The kitchen was really upscale, and it was so nice to prepare some of our meals in.If we had a question, Andrea got back to us immediately, and was flexible about arrival and departure times. Seeing we arrived at the start of Hurricane Lee, we spent a day or two in, but the property managers were there soon after to put everything back in order. As a grandma who gave this trip to her family, I am so happy I did! It was perfect all the way around.
Our two daughters, each with 1 year old toddlers, live in Stamford CT. We were looking for an ideal place to celebrate their mother's 60th birthday. Living arrangements, pool, and fitness are a priority for our family. From the moment we pulled in we knew the property was special. Beautiful planned community with separate pool and fitness buildings centrally located to the 12 homes. The interior finishes and quality did not disappoint and the bedrooms with on suite baths were perfect accommodations for the individual families. The house couldn't have lived any better. The pinnacle was our last night telling stories around the firepit! The location was ideal for walking distance to town and the local brewery. This is certainly a 5 star property.
Best place to stay for family celebration. Perfect.
The house is brand new and beautifully decorated very comfortable yet stylish furniture and lots of room for indoor activities when the island has fog or rain. Andrea was a great hostess and answered all of our texts and questions immediately. The location is great as it is very conveniently situated near town and the beach. You probably could get away without a car and could rent bikes and take taxis but just note that biking after dark is not ideal. The island has plenty of taxis and Uber’s. A few hiking trails were nearby, and easy to get to via a nice bike path outside of the house. The shared pool had a nice alcove with outdoor furniture and no one was ever at the pool. The fitness center was also brand new, well equipped with weight machines, free weights, treadmills and Pelotons (no clip in shoes needed). The house is well stocked with pots and pans, brand new BBQ and fire pit- all furnishings and amenities were brand new- even had blow dryers, shampoos and soaps. We grilled some of the best food purchased at small meat and fish market and nearby Bartlett’s farms provided very fresh produce. The town is very interesting historically and so so adorable with stylish shops, galleries, a fantastic whaling museum and other historical buildings with unique treasures like Nantucket baskets. We had probably the best meals in a long time at Cru, Lemon Press, and nice ambiance at Or, The Whale. Cru has outdoor dining AND gourmet fare- usually with a nice waterfront setting the food is underwhelming but not at Cru. Hard to resist the home made ice cream at Juice Bar. I highly recommend the Sconsett cliff walk and hanging at Brandt Point Lighthouse. Oh and w almost forgot Cisco’s it’s a brewery and winery with live music and good times! We will be back- much more to experience!
Such a fun weekend celebrating my husbands 40th birthday! This home was beautiful, comfortable, and the location was great. Would definitely return in the future!!
