It was a very nice stay. The house is exactly as advertised. Very comfy and relaxing. Host veey nice!

The keypad on the door didn’t work. The owner responded quickly and helped me find a physical key to enter. WiFi didn’t work and TVs weee not connected to WiFi. We were able to connect to WiFi with Owner’s help but TVs WiFi didn’t work. The couch in the main area needs to be changed. It is very uncomfortable. The house was clean and the two bedrooms and beds were clean and comfortable.

It was a great stay, close to the pool and beach. Quiet. The perfect place for a weekend girls trip. Would book again.

Host was great with communication and instructions. This is the first time we didn’t stay beach front but the neighborhood and location were great, especially enjoyed the neighborhood amenities (the pool was awesome and right across the street from house)! Even though it’s not beach front you still have views of the gulf from the balcony, inside in the common spaces and in one bedroom! We rented a golf cart from Crystal Beach Golf Carts and commuting from the house to beach was a breeze! The house is exactly as advertised and you can just show up/pack light. For my family, we do prefer softer beds (these were pretty firm) and a living room set up/furniture that’s more lounge friendly, but this house was great for a quick weekend getaway for just 3 people, especially if you plan to be at the beach or enjoying the neighborhood pool most of the day.

The house appeared in person as it was in the listing. Convenient location to everything. Only two things that I would improve on. I would get a refrigerator with an ice maker and I would have a futon cleaned instead of covering up the stains with that quilted cover.

We stayed for a friends wedding weekend. We did not have the best weather but the accommodations were great. Would stay again if in the area

Our stay was excellent from location, accuracy of photos and easy check in. The pool and beach access was amazing. Definitely 10 out of 10!

It was exceptional clean. The layout was well thought out with great decor. A simple walk to the beach. A five to ten minute to town depending on what you wanted to do. This will remain our go to place from here on out!

What a fun place to celebrate a big birthday with family on a girls’ trip!

After climbing 16 stairs to get into the accommodation, everything was fine. Since it is a peninsula we could see the gulf on the left and now and then see a tugboat pushing a large barge on the right. The children’s playground and pool were utilized by the community. The area is quiet and an excellent place to rest and regroup. The beaches are full of shells, quite a few in tack. Taking the free ferry to Galveston just added another level of exploring. Bravo

The pool was very crowded and a little dirty, to be expected with that many houses using the same pool. Host was excellent and very pleasant to deal with!

Nothing at all against the owners. The house itself was fine. The location however wasn't ideal. There are teens and 20 year olds who played very loud music each night we were there so loud that I felt like I wasat a concert. Had to call the police the last night and learned those kids dont rent or live there. They just use the pool. Again nothing the owners could control. Also the mosquitoes were insane. I've rented at beach houses before and this was just unbearable. The house was fine. But unfortunately other circumstances made it not very welcoming. Thank you for being great hosts though.

We loved everything about the house and the area that we were in. We had some fun neighbors that helped us enjoy the experience. The pictures were a little misleading though because I was under the impression that the pool was private, as well as the deck. Unless I overlooked something, it didn’t specify in the listing that this was a community pool so unfortunately, since it was so crowded the whole time we never got to swim. We definitely made the best of the experience though so everything asside from that was great. I definitelyy loved the complementary pods! My friends were soo pleased and greatful for my pick.

Good loacation about 1 block from beach.. The house was well equipped and clean. Chelsey was very responsive to my questions once we arrived.

Great vacation house! So cute and a spacious setup. Excellent location with beach entrance right across the main street. Wish we could have stayed longer!

By far, this was the cleanest rental I've ever been to. Location was super convenient, and my group had so much fun!

I rewarded my family for their help to a vacation on Bolivar and Galveston. My grandchildren got to see the Gulf for the first time. They all had a blast and loved the house. Practically brand new and clean as can be. Great trip. Thank you.

Quiet, small neighborhood just a short walk from the beach. Chelsea was very responsive and accommodating. If you want to spend any time outside, you must not fail to have bug spray.

We planned a last minute vacation for one day before school started and the beach house was perfect for us with the pool right across the street. I could sit on the porch and watch them swim. Loved the house!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We were there a few weeks after a hurricane so the pool wasn’t in great shape and locked up, which was a little disappointing for my nine year old but understandable. The host was very responsive when I reached out about the grill not working. Overall, great stay.

The house was clean and welcoming. Communication was great with host. The storm did cause some damage to community pool so it was not available. The grill needed some repair as it was damaged by water and the corn hole boards were broken. The amenities were nicely stocked and the home was cozy. The location was a nice distance from beach and we enjoyed or stay overall. I would definitely inquire about pool if that is of interest to you. Its part of the community so host has little control over its availability. In this case the storm damaged the pump etc.

Chelsea’s communication was top tier and the whole process was easy! The house is in a perfect location, and with this house having two master bedrooms was ideal for us! Highly recommend this house!!
