Brand-new home near Weaverville with game room, private hot tub, firepit, & BBQ

Absolutely beautiful home with all the amenities we could have wanted! Absolutely stunning home with modern decor. We had the best time, close to the wedding venue for our friends wedding.

The home was absolutely perfect!! Pictures online were an accurate description of the home. Had everything you needed as far as room! The home made great use of the space!! Glad we were to find it and book it.

This was truly a great rental unit. It was very clean, well appointed, and had tons to do. I would love to stay here again if/when I’m back in the area.

Perfect reunion get away!!! It was a nice, open floor plan with plenty of room to spread out! The game room in the garage was super distracting!! The fire pit & hot tub made it the most awesome house for a friends long weekend!!!!! I just wish we could have stayed longer!!

The house is lovely and in a beautiful setting. The screened-in porch, firepit and hot tub are wonderful features. It's conveniently located near Asheville. We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at Cloud 9. The house still smelled brand new upon our arrival. It is tastefully and modestly decorated, as well as providing the necessary amenities for our stay. All the rooms have comfy beds and great black-out shades. The upper deck is a great place to relax and enjoy the outside. Also, the hot tub and fire pit are great outdoor additions. We did not use the game room but it would be a great place to watch games in the fall with the garage door open during nice days. This house was extremely comfortable and close to Asheville. We would recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy North Carolina. It backs up to a wooded area where we saw deer during our stay. Also, check out Weaverville, it is a super cute town. Thanks so much!

The amenities of this property were great- enjoyed playing board games on the deck, grilling, campfires, and the hot tub. Ubers/lyfts were affordable and we also got Walmart groceries delivered. Highly recommend for a friends/family trip. The house is even better in person than in photos and so comfortable. Didn’t really use the game room much but think it would be fun for kids. Also recommend yellow mug

Has everything. Just bring your suitcase and groceries. Highlights are cleanliness, deck space, outdoor area, fun game room, grill area, hot tub, and kitchen space. Plenty of room for everyone. Great place!

This house was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It was close to town which had many nice restaurants, coffee houses, and cute shops. It was located close enough to Asheville and surrounding activities. While didn’t have view of the mountains, it was placed nicely in some woods when looking out the back deck. When returning to the area would rent again

Location is fabulous and the house is gorgeous. The open floor plan with huge windows for natural light, the view of nothing but trees from the back deck, and the perfect garage kiddo escape are just a couple amazing things about this house. It really is a sanctuary.

We absolutely loved this property. Everything is in great shape, it's got nice big windows, and the woods are so peaceful. Coffee pot uses basket filters.

House was so beautiful, seemed private and safe for us. Then, the last day, just as I am about to enjoy the hot tub and relax our last day, two, strange men just come walking ALL around the house (and this is a private lot for sure). Luckily, I had not went outside and watched them walk within four feet of my child’s bed separated only by glass. No notification, warning, heads up, anything who these men are looking all around this house. Turned the whole day into TRAUMA (took quite a while for Vacasa to confirm the men were allowed & just giving a quote- no screening of these random men sent to our rental unexpectedly either it seems). Vacasa was “really sorry” we felt too unsafe to stay (I was upset for a few hours after this) so we decided to leave before dark on our last full day, one of only two full days in the cabin/not sightseeing. Awning and Red awning may be a little safer for single parent families to use. This stay overall was a BIG disappointment. Safety is paramount for us. And it was disrespectful of the owner to send men over without warning and not be readily available to communicate with Vacasa what is going on. The road out of the culvert this house is built in may be an issue to conquer if it rains, and the garage door will not close properly if you do open it, so we kept the inside door to the converted garage locked and did not use it. It is sad because the home is beautiful, but the hosting skills need WORK!

Beautiful and very tastefully decorated, clean, beds slept well, kitchen and bathrooms well supplied, convenient location and great view.

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and wanted something larger than a hotel room. We were very comfortable. This home has lots of space and very modern conveniences. We also enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. The area feels secluded, peaceful and quiet. We even had a turkey visit us. We will definitely be back!

We had a blast at this home over a long weekend! All the furniture and amenities are high quality and the home was very clean and conveniently located very close to downtown Weaverville. We enjoyed the room set ups, the play room and the hot tub. We were never lacking and anything and had plenty of room to spread out if needed.
