Brand new family beach house, 150m from shops & beach with pool!

Staying here was a wonderful experience. The location is ideal - walk to shops, cafes, the beach and Rye carnival! The layout is so well designed with the bedrooms being a great size. The downstairs is quite spacious and its so lucky having a large garage connected to laundry. The teenagers had their own space to chill whilst the adults could enjoy the break too. The pool looked incredibly inviting and was one of the things we all loved. The outside table allows everyone to enjoy late afternoon nibbles and drinks, whilst the BBQ cooks the dinner. The bathrooms are lovely - my teenager loved the double sink ensuite and walk in shower! The internal overhead fans and air conditioning very efficient. The house is light and airy with lovely modern decor and great TV. It was a real delight staying here. The host was great, always in contact as required. Very easy holiday - very clean home and well appointed.

the house was overall amazing to stay in. The location of the house was perfect, as everything was a walking distance. Perfect for a relaxing stay, for a large group of people.

We had a wonderful time! The location is great, and the house was clean and comfortable. However, there were a few things that stood out compared to other places we've stayed. The house rules asked us to empty the dishwasher, which runs for about 2 hours, so we ended up washing the dishes by hand. In other places, we just load the dishwasher and start it. It would have been helpful to have a few more tea towels and extra toilet paper as well. Other than that, everything was great!

This is a fantastic holiday house, which 3 families enjoyed. With such a large group, a house like this was great to get everyone together, especially during all our meal times. The lock up garage was handy. We could comfortably park 3 cars in the property. My son and I really enjoyed the swimming pool. The BBQ provided had enough fire power to cook up a storm. The wok burner (which we did not get to use) is a nice touch.

The host was amazing and so easy to contact, she was super flexible and was able to attend to all our requests. Check in was super easy and quick, pool was amazing and big. The photo’s don’t do this place justice

Great property with amazing location close to beach, shops and golf courses. Host very prompt with replies to messages. Would stay again.

The place was great. good location, except the spa was misty and with the pool had low level of chlorine and water. We were not able to use them for half of our 2 day stay until a spa servicer came

The home was large, perfect for our big group. Christine was easy to communicate with and gave us a generous late checkout!
