Brand New Construction with a Private Pool, Water Views, & Parking for Four!

We have been renting homes in Cape May for 17 Summers. This is the first time that we rented this particular property. It is two years old and is showing some need for routine maintenance. It needs a deep cleaning. The floors felt dirty - our feet were black just from walking in the house. There were stains on the couch along with cookies and dog treats underneath the sofa.There were bathrooms without any toilet paper. A well equipped kitchen with wonderful appliances but no,clean sponges to wash dishes. I actually question whether the house was cleaned prior to our arrival. There were hornets nests in the back screened in porch area that overlook the pool. It was large enough for anyone who did a routine property inspection to notice. One of the blinds in a master bedroom was broken, and we were told it would not be fixed during our stay. The overall condition of the property was a little disappointing given that we thought we were renting a high quality property. On a positive note - the layout of the house was wonderful and spacious.

It had lots of room for everyone and several balconies, and a small private heated swimming pool.One issue is noise from the 3 houses immediately behind this one that are under construction. Within the next year that problem should be resolved.

Beautiful new home with all the amenities. Walk to the harbor beach or take a short ride to the ocean. Or hang out in the yard at the private inground pool. So many great restaurants and shops. Fun for the whole family.

We had a wonderful stay in Cape May. The house is gorgeous and new. We had plenty of space for large extended family. We really enjoyed the large kitchen and living room and the pool! The neighborhood is beautiful. There was plenty of parking at the house and by the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The house itself is fairly new and well appointed, however it was quite far from the beach and pretty much everything else in town. There is a little cove by the Fisherman’s memorial, but I do not recommend staying there long as it’s filled with dead horseshoe crabs. The house was still pretty sandy and could have been cleaned better. Also the outdoor shower was not enclosed for some reason.

Younger adults stayed on first level, and older adults stayed on third level which was great as we didn't hear them come in late at night. Can walk to Dyson for great ice cream or WaWa for great coffee. 2nd level great for family time as one big open room for kitchen, dining and family room. Loved watching the Phillies in the giant tv screen!

We loved how open the second floor was and how there was enough space to accommodate our group in the kitchen and living room. Nice parking availability between the garage, driveway and street. The pool unfortunately didn't feel heated and was very dirty. Areas of the interior including furniture had animal hair which bothered some guests with allergies.

The property was beautiful but one of the things that attracted me was the no pet policy. I as well as my granddaughter are highly allergic to animals. I was surprised to find the home with pet hair and poop in the yard which we gladly cleaned. We spent the week on inhalers which I would have preferred not to. Better communication with respect to garbage and recycleables would be great. Information on the Alexa in the home had incorrect information. This home is perfect for large families. The little beach(bay) up the street is perfect for the children. The fenced in yard and pool are a hit. Neighbors very friendly. Beach is 10 blocks away but it is not an issue and there is plenty of parking. Dry Dock restaurant around the corner was great for wings, burgers and ice cream.

What an incredible time. The powers group was super helpful and responsive through the time of first booking to the end. The house itself is gorgeous, and the pool such a bonus! The house is spectacular perfect location, we had such an amazing time. Must book! We can’t wait to go back.

Property was fabulous. Everything brand new and clean. Nice layout to house. Kitchen extremely well appointed, made doing Thanksgiving dinner easy. Great location.
