Brand NEW Construction, Beautiful Home, HEATED Pool in Highly Desirable SW Cape!

The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. He let us stay past check out time since another guest wasn’t coming in. He also changed the pool and hot tub temperatures to our desires. The trash was also full, and he had someone come empty it so we had room for our trash. The beds were comfortable! The pool area that attached to the main living space with a large sliding door was very nice! It would have been nice to have some more dishes since we had 10 guests and there weren’t enough of each serving pieces for each person. It would have also been nice to have a TV in the outdoor space for watching The Masters.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Cape Coral! The home was very family- and kid-friendly, and our kids absolutely loved spending time in the pool. The outdoor eating space was perfect for family meals, and we had a great time grilling food, relaxing, and enjoying the sunshine.We did have an issue with the pool heater during our stay, but Mason was incredibly responsive and worked quickly to get it resolved, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Loved the home and nice, quiet location. Pool/spa is fabulous and lots of pool floaties to use. Only suggestions would be to supply more than one kitchen hand towel, a box of tissues in the bathroom, and more toilet paper available. Our family of 8 was very comfortable in the home and had a great stay.

The house was stunning—new, spotless, and exactly as pictured. The pool was crystal clear and the screened enclosure made it bug-free. We loved the outdoor kitchen, and the owner was exceptionally kind, responsive, and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Our family of seven enjoyed this beautiful home and pool.The house was well laid out and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We spent most of our time in the pool with our three-year old twin grandchildren. The floats and pool toys were ideal!

Mason and Courtney provided a great getaway for my family and I. The house was clean and comfortable. They provided lots of pool toys that my toddler loved to play with during our stay. They also had multiple pack n plays and items for younger kids which was super helpful as we had two baby’s under 1 and a 2.5 year old with us. When we had questions regarding the property during our stay they were quick to respond. Overall, great stay!

Beautiful property, very clean, great location, but the pool was the star for our grand girls! The covered outdoor sitting area ideal during our stay. The hosts were excellent communicators and helpful in accommodating our timeframe. The weather was perfect in the 80’s the middle of February.. Highly recommend!

My wife and I own a vacation home and we know the good ones. We had a wonderful time here! The house was beautiful & extremely clean! Loved the location - proximity to restaurants & a nice quiet neighborhood The owners were very prompt to answer any questions we had from the time of booking until we checked out. Highly recommended it and would stay again!
