BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION 6 BEDROOM, 4.5 BATHROOM DIRECT BEACHFRONT POOL HOME!

The view was unbelievable. The pool was great. Going out to the beach not so much. There was a weed growing as you were walking outside of the fencing that had burr type things. Oh my god watch out. If you got one in your foot and the spikes break off were talking pain. Also we didn't know till after the first night that the kitchen was full of ants. Some of our food was ruined. Also there were cockroaches. Now when you pay the kind of money I paid...there is no excuses. Also biting red ants by pool. If you stood still they were up your legs biting you. If you sat in chair they were biting. Lets say I went and got spray ant traps roach traps. I've been coming to Florida for 35 years and I know it can be common a week. Yes I let the host know. Asked twice for a new coffee pot because the one there leaked and got nothing. No broom no mop. Vacuum cleaner each floor. Beds were good. Plenty of towets. I can say good things. But don't know if I'll come back. Look befire you book.

The house was beautiful and we pinched ourselves everyday that we woke up to such incredible views. We stayed with our adult children and their families and there was more than enough room for us all. The ovens are difficult to operate, there are the manuals there if you want to try and figure it out. But the one we got figured out took an unusually long time to preheat. We also never really understood how to make the hot tub hot. I mean we did, but weren’t sure how we managed. I did reach out to the hosts when I thought it wasn’t working, but the response wasn’t super helpful. Between the stove and the pool/hottiv,

This house was amazing. It had everything that we needed for a wonderful family vacation

The beach is perfect, we’ve been coming to this area for years and love it. The house is amazing, looks just like the pictures, and was well-stocked with anything we needed. We had a 14-month old with us and especially appreciated the baby gates that fit the stairs going up and down, the high chair, crib, and pack and play. Communication was excellent. The only suggestions I have are that the pool lounge chairs are sagging and starting to rip, and the paint is chipping off the outdoor chairs on the deck off the living room and we had to be careful to keep it swept up so the baby didn’t get it. We would absolutely stay here again, we had a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful vacation and spent the majority of time at the house! With a beautiful pool, oceanfront beach access and a well-appointed home, there was no need to leave! We traveled with two other families and had kids ranging from 5-10 years old. There was plenty of room for each family and we had everything we needed - just add groceries. The host was very responsive to all questions. We would definitely recommend this property and host to anyone interested in staying in IRB!

This house was beautiful and absolutely perfect for our 3 generations of family. The elevator was greatly appreciated for our daughter with disabilities plus this grandma with recent knee replacements. Sad to leave. IRB has been my favorite return vacay for over 60 years.

Everything you need in one place. Ocean, pool, and a cozy place to stay. We enjoyed our stay at this location.

We stayed at one of the 3 beachfront houses owned by same group in 2020 and we excited about returning for family Christmas trip!We love the area the house is well suited for our group of 11 and look forward to returning again!

Our stay included 6 adults and 4 children ranging from 8-2. The place was beautiful! Nothing like waking up and the ocean being right there! The rooms are clean and LARGE! the living space was very large! Everything worked well and the one minor issue we had Alex fixed it ASAP! We will be booking again!

We enjoyed staying at this property so much. We had 13 people ranging from the ages of 6 to 64. The elevator was amazing for getting luggage up to the third floor from the garage. The garage was also stocked with a ton of beach toys, and noodles and floats. We also left some toys behind for the next people. :) Right after check-in, we noticed quite a few things that were broken. For instance, a towel rack was ripped out of the wall. The shower had a missing handle (could not use for a day). A broken light in the dining room. The downstairs king bed was slanted. Multiple remotes missing from bedrooms. Bar fridge didn’t keep anything cold. And the ice machine did not work at all. The owners did tell us about the ice machine before we arrived so we did buy bags of ice, but we felt that at this price point we should not have to buy ice. Owners were very responsive on all our issues and resolved them almost immediately. My only suggestion or feedback would be to invest in a countertop nugget ice machine, or a permanent ice machine in the wet bar. And also maybe a few more bath towels in each bathroom.

My family has been coming to the Indian rocks beaches for the last 26 years. As you can imagine, our family has grown and we needed a place that could accommodate all 13 of us. This is an annual vacation we have been taking and it’s been more and more difficult to find accommodations, especially when it comes to condos. This rental was perfect, the size, the location, the beach, we could not ask for more. Having a kitchen and family room gathering place, which was big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably was wonderful. The private pool made it Perfect. We will definitely be renting this home again.
