Brand NEW Beach House Coastal Point

This is our second time staying at this house and we absolutely love it. The set up is perfect and cozy, yet still gives a beach vibe. The view is beautiful with an easy walk or drive to the beach. More importantly, the host is absolutely amazing. After leaving from this last trip, we were half way home when we realized my wife had left her wedding ring and two other nice rings. We called the host in a panic, he immediately took action to locate the rings and hold unto them until we could arrange pickup, and went out of his way to meet family to get them. Crystal Beach has quickly become a favorite for our family and this house will be one we continue to stay in for our visits there.

Our stay at this VRBO property was excellent. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to extra towels. The beds were comfortable, and the living room was a great place to unwind in the evenings. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it perfect for a weekend getaway. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

An absolutely beautiful home with a huge kitchen, perfect for cooking for our large family!

Perfect place for our family. Did have a few issues with the microwave but it was fine. Loved how short of a walk it was to the beach. Will definitely let my friends know about it

The house was amazing, the best I've stayed at on the peninsula. There were thoughtful touches throughout and it felt like home while we were there. It is a popular neighborhood so the beach fills up fast but we still found a spot. Also, with it being a popular spot, there were some rowdy neighbors but the house kept the noise out really well

Perfect for our family and 2 other families!

The property is in a great location, especially for Memorial Day weekend, and the house is beautiful. The owners were easy to work with and were not overbearing. I will say we didn't notice the policy book until we were packing up. If I were to visit again, I would be sure to bring more basics like detergent, trash bags, dish cleaning sponges, paper towels, etc. There is a very limited supply and you will run out of what you need quickly with a group larger than 6. It's a new property, and that could very well be the reason stock availability was so low considering lodgers usually leave behind helpful items over time. Beach towels are not on the property, so bring those or you will be buying some down there. The thermostat auto sets daily to 74 - something to be aware of if you are used to sleeping 70 and below. If you are bringing side by sides/ATVs to ride, be mindful of long trailers. It is not setup to be able to park with anything over 30ft. Overall, it's a great place to stay and would recommend! I would just be better prepared time!

Very clean well put together just a very nice home overall would love to stay there again. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Great view and beautiful house.

We were very pleased with our stay! The location was wonderful for the beach, and the extra balcony off the top floor bedroom was the perfect morning coffee spot.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Micheal, the host, was fantastic in his communication when needed and very easy to work with. We will definitely be looking into this location again when we return to Crystal Beach.
