Brand New and Gorgeous! Upscale Birmingham Townhome in a Fantastic Location!

The convenient location to anywhere in the Birmingham area. Easy drive to the airport and sporting events. Private gated parking was unexpected and nice. Place was quite and spacious. Beautifully appointed and well kept. Could not have asked for anything more. Great value.

House was in excellent condition, and was well stocked with several ancillary items that we needed. Great location in proximity to downtown Birmingham. Quiet neighborhood that felt safe for a family.

Listing was completely accurate! Super clean; kitchen was great and we loved that there were things in pantry such as Splenda for things we forgot! Will stay again for sure!

The house was exactly as advertised. Very clean, comfortable beds, great water pressure in the showers.The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to texts.My family enjoyed walking to breakfast each morning. We also loved walking the trail at the nearby Vulcan Park.We will definitely be back!

Checkin process was easy and owners were prompt with responses. House was nicely designed and clean. Biggest struggle for us during this stay was that the beds were extremely firm so very uncomfortable for us. We ended up leaving a day early to go home and get good rest. There are also no curtains or darkening shades in the bedrooms which made day time naps extremely difficult for our 4 and 2 year old. This property is marketed for families with all of the twin beds so that would be a nice addition to consider.

Susan was a wonderful host!!! Great location, safe area, lots of restaurants close by. This was a perfect stay for our family of four. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room and we felt right at home. I love that these condos are side by side and not on top of each other. It also felt safe to park our vehicle inside a security gate. Absolutely loved it and we will stay here again & try another unit of Susan’s property but we loved this one as well.

This home is lovely and was the perfect place to spend the days leading up to and following our daughter’s wedding. It is spacious, completely renovated, clean, and well stocked for all of your needs and wants. The hosts were very responsive, kind, and gracious. We highly recommend this place!

This is a well appointed property with beautiful amenities. The property manager left detailed instructions and responded immediately to our questions. I rented the property for a girl’s weekend with 4 friends. We had enough beds and bathrooms for all of us. The beds were comfy and the towels were luxurious. The living room was just the right size for us to gather together each night and watch TV before bed. The property manager left a bottle of Prosecco which was perfect for our friend’s birthday we celebrated. We didn’t get ro usw all the amenities. Will bookmark this property to stay again.

We stayed here on a weekend visit to Samford. It was a great option for our family of 4. Very clean, spacious, easy to find. I would gladly stay here again.

Close to everything you might want or need that Birmingham has to offer. Townhouse is on a very nice street, secure, and very accommodating. Owner was beyond helpful and kind. We would recommend it highly.

We had an excellent time during our stay! Checking in was a breeze. There was gated parking in the back, which was a great perk. The house was completely stocked with cooking utensils, pans, and pantry staples in the kitchen. The sheets and towels smelled fresh and clean, as did the entire home upon our first entry. We would absolutely stay here again if we are back in the area!

This property is wonderful... Located in a neighborhood convenient to everything, always clean, well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable furniture. We've lost track of how many times we've stayed in this property over the past four or so years, and we love coming back to visit our kids. One note: the HVAC stopped working on Friday night, and Susan and her team were very responsive and had it all working again quickly! Recommend highly!

Would recommend this property and stay again if we're in Birmingham. Secured parking was a big plus. There are lots of outside noises and light so if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Spacious home with a fantastic kitchen. The bed situation was perfect for our family with three teenagers. Nice to have laundry facilities. Everything inside the home was clean and fairly new.
