Brand New 4BR- fire pit, hot tub, game room.

House was great and had everything we needed. Great location. Great hosts.

What a gem! The house is lost. Host is so well organized and communicates well. Location is convenient to Mt. Abrams, Sunday River and the town of Bethel. We were there during a snow storm and driveway and walk way were shoveled in the morning. The house was super cozy, clean and comfortable. I did not want to leave! Thank you for a great stay.

Wonderful Vacation! 5 stars across the board for this property for communication, cleanliness, location, space & functionality of the home. (1)Communication - Very quick and easy, they have an on-line site with everything you could ask and even videos on how to operate things. (2)Functionality - House built with families in mind. If you've skied with kids, they will walk all over the place with snowy boots. The huge mud room is great space for multiple people at once to take off boots, gloves/ snowy gear. The ski boot dryer was fantastic! Also there are baskets to separate everyone's things. They also did the same thing in the lower level where you go out to the hot tub, big mud room, with the washer & dryer to throw towels & wet suits in when you come out. (3) Space-Very spacious ( multi-family would fit perfectly) designed for families; main floor family /adult area with open kitchen, table for 8 or more, seating area and cozy fireplace. 2nd floor has 2 master bedrooms each with full bath. The downstairs is perfect for kids, nice size den to chill in, 2 bedrooms; 1 with bunk beds, other a double/Queen if your kids are young and you want an adult downstairs -or for older kids, ( mine 13) their own space. (4) Location- 10 min drive or less to Sunday River & restaurants. Also the hot tub was clean and great after a chilly day on the mountain. Overall very pleased with our stay and would visit again! This is my second time staying here and it’s a perfect house for your ski trip/ winter getaway! It’s always very clean, house is spacious, and has everything you need to enjoy a trip to the mountains! 5 stars!!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Exactly as described, the living space was open and comfortable with everything you needed. Two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. A nice yard and great hot tub. So close to Bethel downtown (6 minute drive) in a quiet residential area. Great communication from the owners before and during our stay. A wonderful time, and we hope to come back!
