New Community Notice
This home is located in a growing new development community. Landscaping is currently in progress, and the yard is not yet fully usable. Completion is expected in Spring/Summer.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are strictly not allowed in the home due to allergy and cleanliness considerations.

Unauthorized pets will result in an immediate violation fee and may lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.

• No smoking or vaping indoors
• Quiet hours must be respected

Smoking/Vaping indoors: $300
Unauthorized pets: $300
Late checkout without approval: $100
Excessive cleaning: $50/hour
Unauthorized parties/gatherings: $500
Lost garage remote: $100

Long-Term Stays (28+ Days)
• Additional $60 cleaning fee applies
• One month of starter essentials provided

• No indoor cameras
• Two exterior security cameras (front & back entrance)
• Motion-activated recording for safety purposes only
