Stayed Jun 22, 2024The house was amazingly updated, but still having some old charming features. Perfect distance from the beach. Plenty of parking and located in a quiet neighborhood. We hope to be back next year.

Stayed Jun 27, 2020We had a wonderful stay at Gary’s house. Great front porch and back patio area. Two blocks to the beach. Wonderfully stocked kitchen was a bonus. Comfy beds and pillows and a wonderful balcony upstairs. Glorious out door shower too. Hated to leave.

Stayed Jul 13, 2019The house was perfect for my family of to use as our beach getaway. Only 2 blocks from the beach, large porch and balcony to relax on, outdoor shower, and open grilling/eating area - everything you could ask for. Hope to be back next year!

Stayed Aug 4, 2018This is my 3rd year at this house and Gary has made significant improvements to the outside of the house including siding, porch, second floor deck and complete new hardscaping. Gary is very easy to deal with and responds immediately to any requests or issues. I would highly recommend this house

Stayed Jul 29, 2017Ideal for ten people, plenty of kitchen supplies, and a nice dining room. Both porches are an asset. The bedrooms are spacious. The light on the back porch could be higher. The back yard area is well maintained. Plan to return next year.

Stayed Aug 6, 2016Nice home with plenty of charm and character. Landlord very helpful and accessible. Great for families, plenty of sleeping, well stocked, close to beach. Recommend for families, especially with kids. Plenty to do in area. Would stay again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969WE totally enjoyed our stay in Bradley Beach....The next best thing to the ocean was this great house we rent to make our week at the shore a fun full vacation. It was as described...clean, well equipped and in the perfect location ....2.5 blocks from the ocean, restaurants, and the Jersey Boardwalks . We were 4 adults and 5 children and everyone had their space... it was perfect....to me it should have better then a 5 star rating! I would definitely recommend this house to my friends and family. Thank You so much for the great communications and letting us stay in your home.
