Stayed Dec 31, 1969Pros: The house is in a very well kept, safe, quiet, friendly residential neighborhood. It’s an easy drive to beaches and close to shops etc. The house itself has everything that you need and a very nice private pool area and hot tub. The shades Made it comfortable to hang out there at any time. The split floor plan worked perfectly for us and bedrooms had plenty of Closet space and drawers to get yourself organized. Beach chairs and beach towels provided Very comfortable beds. Lots of extra sheets and towels. Rental process online was very easy, quick and responsive (especially as we have 2 dogs as well) We had a couple of unforeseen repair issues while we were there but they were quickly taken care of by the rental company and owner. Yard and pool service came regularly. Pet friendly It was a lot less expensive than other houses we looked at Cons: It definitely is in need of some updating and minor repairs. Although backyard is fenced in there is one side where a dog could (and did) escape under the wire. Also there is no grass area in the backyard, just a small piece of Astro turf. If you have children be aware there are lots of pool chemicals in easy reach in the dresser on the lanai TV’s are older type and should be replaced (especially living room, where remote doesn’t work if you’re sitting down on the couch) Kitchen is fairly well equipped but could be better organized. I think the owners might spend a lot of time here because in some ways it did feel like you were staying at someone’s house rather than a professional rental property (which could be a pro or a con depending on the individual ) In spite of the relatively minor ‘cons’ , and the initial first impression of the house being dated, it turned out to be a comfortable, enjoyable house for us and our dogs. I would definitely rent it again

Stayed Jan 1, 2022This house is on a great location. Unfortunately when we arrived the floors were filthy, and house had some repair issues that needed to be addressed. We spent the first 3 days of our vacation cleaning (no cleaning supplies provided) and fixing items that should have been addressed before we arrived. Looks like the showers have mold in them as well. Definitely not what we expected for a “premiere” rated home.

Stayed Oct 28, 2021We stayed here for 2 months. Enough space to have a few family members down. Dogs felt right at home. Outside area was inviting. Hot tub, pool(not heated) lots of space to just hang out. Location was ideal, quick trip down 53 to get the the beaches. Overall loved this place, would stay again.

Stayed Dec 15, 2020Property was as described and was the perfect spot to call home for 2 1/2 months. Well stocked kitchen for people that enjoy cooking. Outdoor space definitely the star and where we spent most of our time. Management and owner very receptive to any issues or concerns we had. Definitely recommend.

Stayed May 31, 2020The outdoor space alone is amazing plus it’s a just a short drive to multiple beaches! The property manager was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. The neighborhood is quiet and people are friendly. We would stay here again.
