Bracken Bungalow - Cozy retreat a short stroll from downtown Brevard

The property was very well kept and clean and organized. It was a perfect size for three of us. And a great location close to downtown within walking distance.

The house is beautiful, and just as pictured! You have absolutely everything you need for your stay. The location is walking and driving distance to so many local attractions. Lisa went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in her home. She was available to answer any questions, and to make excellent recommendations for restaurants, etc. when needed. We loved staying at Bracken Bungalow!It is a cute Arts and Crafts home that has been renovated and has a lot of local art in it. The location was perfect. Very close to downtown and the Brevard Music Center. It was very clean and comfortable. And we saw a White Squirrel across the street!

My son was attending the Brevard Music Center for the Blue Ridge Guitar Camp and I worked while he was in classes and sessions. It was such a treat to have to have the front and back screen doors open to hear the wind chimes and feel the breeze coming through. The immediate neighbors live there full time and are friendly. It's a quick drive to hiking and waterfalls and wonderful places to dine. I am grateful to have a beautiful and comfortable place to visit.

Clean, well stocked, beautiful space to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation. Easy walk to downtown and campus. Lovely setting with plenty of room to spread out. Host was communicative and friendly. Would highly recommend!

House was exactly as pictured. Very clean, great use of space and wonderful neighborhood. Close to restaurants and extremely well stocked kitchen. Sidewalks and proximity to downtown make this a great place to stay and a fun walkable vacation.

My teen son was attending a guitar camp for the week and I was able to comfortably work during the day at this lovely property. The calming Corinthian bells on the front porch and the front and back doors open to the screen doors to let fresh air in made it such a great work environment. This is a conveniently located property amongst close neighbors and right on the road in and out from the Brevard music center. I really enjoyed the property and would come back.

Property was very clean and well kept. Within walking distance to downtown with plenty of shops and restaurants. Plenty of hiking trails with beautiful waterfalls within a few miles of Brevard. House had all the things needed if you were cooking full meals or just snacking. Will definitely stay again and recommend to my friends and family. Lisa and Harlem were great.

This was the perfect place for us for the Brevard College graduation weekend! The location is close to the college, the walkable downtown and numerous shops and restaurants. And the house and property are immaculate! The hosts live nearby and how much they care is evident in every detail. Highly recommended!
