Salty Pelican Beach House! 300 feet to the Atlantic Ocean!

The unit was great! Very roomy and clean! The linens were very high end and comfortable! The kitchen was fantastic. Appliances seemed new. They had anything and everything you needed for a beach day! I highly recommend and would diffinently book it again!

Very convenient location. Short walk to the beach, great restaurants nearby. They had great beach supplies in the garage. A nice sunshine, sand toys, boogie boards, bikes, and ice chest with a cart to haul it all to the beach.

House was very clean and nicely appointed. Back yard nice place to relax and recharge. Communication with property manager was outstanding! Proximity to beach outstanding. Busy street not an obstacle due to managed pedestrian crossing. Convenient to everything in town. Highly recommend.

Fantastic accommodations! The house had everything we needed and our family was very comfortable here. We celebrated my niece's 10th birthday, a belated Christmas and also New Year's, and really enjoyed the proximity to Flagler & Canal Streets, Publix, and the beach! Anne was super responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

The location was perfect, across the street from Beach and close to all the restaurants and shopping. Great outdoor entertaining area with both a wood and gas firepit. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The house was very clean and the beds and linems were comfy and cozy. The golfcart was definetly worth it and we used it everyday! Host had impeccable communication. Highly recommend and we will definitely return.

Terrific location. House is very quiet, great windows which we opened for fresh air. The house was well stocked with paper products cooking utensils and everything needed for a nice getaway. A plus was the bikes. I'm 60 and can't believe I have never biked on the beach...fantastic. I would definitely stay here again. Also, within a short walk to Norwoods, The Garlic and of course beach is across street with nice cross walk.

Great house in a great spot. Everything was clean and tidy the rooms are nice sized and being just a block from the beach was amazing. Owner communicates very well and was obviously concerned about providing a great property. Five stars from us.

The host is incredible, she thought of every need.The kitchen is well stocked.The bathrooms are well stocked.The bedrooms are impeccable.As far as extras, that I was not expecting, there are beach bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts.The house has everything.Short walk to a great beach and some beautiful sightseeing.

Eveything was as advertised. The beach was right actross the street...easy access. Plenty of beach equipment was provided - chairs, boards, towels, bikes, etc. House was clean and comfortable with plenty of plates, bowls, utensils, etc. Lots of space. We planned on 6 adults, but only ended up with 4. Plenty of real beds and we would have had room for the extra 2 adults. Easy to communicate with the owner. Since there was no one chexking in on our last day, she let us stay past the check out time. We would use this house again.

This home had everything we needed for our family getaway with our young adult children. Check In was easy and the place was very clean and spacious. We loved the short walk to the beach along with the bike beach rides and the water boards to ride the waves. The canopy tent came in very handy at the beach! We spent days at the beach and came back to chill as a family in the eve at the house. Multiple grocery store options were just a short drive away. We have nothing but positive to say about this house and the very accommodating Host! All was perfect!

We had a great time at our stay, the place was nice and had everything we needed and the hostess was helpful and friendly. We had 5 adults and one child and we were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the Salty Pelican place for a mini stay vacation with family, and it was wonderful! It's a really nice house - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, catering to all your needs inside and out, whether you're at home or looking to enjoy the beach! This place had beach chairs, bikes, tents, etc for your use! Rooms and restrooms were nice and big too. Flawless booking to text communication with Anne!

We had the best trip! This condo has it all! We will definitely be back. Great location, clean, so nice. Can’t say enough good things.

Excellent location! Across the street from the beach, easy walk over. Garage had everything you could need for the beach, as well as bikes and surfboards!

Host was awesome and gave all the directions early! The house was fully stocked with all beach supplies and towels. We had a great time! Totally recommend!

The amount of amenities at this house was incredible. They had so much stuff to choose from. There wasn’t a single thing you wanted for. Spices which are so important, to beach toys, bikes, pillows, blankets, maps and even a junk draw. Having little things like salt and pepper and coffee filters etc. so lovely to have when travelling. Wonderful location and much enjoyed.

This is a lovely home, well maintained and owned by a very helpful and friendly owner. It is hard to improve on this quality of vacation experience in a rental.

We loved our stay. What an excellent location! Simply cross the street to the beach. Walk a mile to Flagler. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen and a big backyard!

A+ for this property and the hosts! The location was perfect for us. The house is a quick walk to the beach, and also a walkable mile to Flagler Ave. We loved not having to drive anywhere for the weekend! Everything was very clean and just as pictured. They even have a beach cart, beach towels, bikes, boogie boards, and other beach items to use. I highly recommend this property!
