This house was perfect for what I needed it for! It's really clean, quiet and definitely worth renting! Amazing home for sure!

Perfect house for our golf trip!

Let me start off by saying this was the 2nd year in a row we rented this house. We are a group of 8 lifelong friends who get together for a golf trip. We came to Myrtle Beach last year from New York and enjoyed staying at this house so much we had to come back again. What we think makes this property so different is that you deal with the owner, not some property management company who has to take care of 50 homes. Katie and Sean look after the property as anyone would their own and they treat their guests as anyone would at their home. You know they care about the property and the experience you have there. The house itself is great. Large and very clean and well equipped. It is not stuffy and you will easily feel right at home. Location is convenient to so much, there are many restaurants and for our group many golf courses. The many decks on the house provide for much relaxation and just hanging out together. Katie checks in with you to make sure everything is just right and is always there to help with any questions or issues, but there were none for us. While we were a group of 8 guys, the house is also perfect for families, girls trips , beach vacations or anything else you may want it for. If you are looking for more than a rental property but rather a comfortable home, then this is the place. We will return.

Plenty of parking. Beautiful house inside and out. Everything you could need and more. Already booked it again for next year.

This place was awesome. Very clean inside and out, fit all of our needs, and checked all of our boxes. We had 10 people in the house and everyone had their own bed! Very good pricing as well. Book this house for your vacation, you won’t regret it!

Eight of us stayed at Beach Please Waterfront Beach House in late October for our annual golf trip to the area. The house could not have fit our needs any better! It was spacious, clean, and comfortable and I received numerous compliments from the group for having picked the house for the trip. Lots of room for hanging out and the 6 bedroom suites were perfect for the group. Communication from Katie and her property manager were frequent as they made sure we had the information needed to address anything that might come up during our stay. Would highly recommend the property!

Excellent house and location. The fact that every bedroom has its own bathroom made this an ideal vacation home. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and well stocked. The location on the channel is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the water. It was a very easy walk to the beach. Communication with the owner/property manager was also great. Highly recommend this rental and plan to return soon!

This was an excellent house! It was very clean on arrival which is important to us. The number of bedrooms - all with their own bathroom - was great. The house was well stocked with everything from beach towels, chairs, toys and wagons. We all enjoyed the house and cannot wait to return here!

I cannot stress how glad I am that we found Beach Please and booked our annual family vacation there. The owner, Katie, is incredibly responsive and provided a wealth of information about the area's things to do and places to eat/shop. And the home itself is gorgeous. Our group of 10 had plenty of space and enjoyed the layout and amenities of the house. The kitchen is well stocked to allow for home cooked meals, and has a dishwasher. There is a wood pellet grill that we intended to use but never got around to. The bathrooms are clean. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a washer and dryer conveniently located on the same floor as the kitchen/living area. The bar area under the house is perfect for hanging out and catching up, and it has its own refrigerator to keep drinks nice and cold. There was plenty of parking space for our 4 cars (2 of which were large SUVs) and we could have easily fit another, if necessary. The house is on a lovely canal and walking distance to the beach. It's close enough to the beach to be convenient but far enough away that the street is quiet and away from heavy traffic. The house is stocked with beach toys and goods, cornhole, and a ring catch game that had the teenagers competing to see who could successfully catch the ring first and the most times. And between the downstairs bar/gathering area and the many seating options on the decks and in the living room/kitchen, we had our choice of locations to hang out and reconnect with each other. This home was the perfect location for our family gathering and Katie was a wonderful host. If we return to N Myrtle Beach, or make it to Gatlinburg, where she has another rental property, I intend to rent from her again. As I stated in the review title, I'd give Beach Please (and Katie) more than 5 stars if I could. If you book Beach Please, you will not be disappointed.

We had the best time in Cherry Grove! When we arrived, there were only two beach chairs in the garage, which was a little disappointing since beach chairs were one of the reasons I picked this house. I let the property manager know, and within an hour, the owner personally showed up with brand new Tommy Bahama chairs. She was so sweet and accommodating—I really believe she had no idea they were missing.The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 teens. We spent most of our time hanging out in the outdoor area, which was such a great space. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes—a little farther than I expected, but totally manageable and not a deal-breaker at all.The teens loved the front porch bean bags, and honestly, so did the adults! If you stay here, you have to try them at least once—super comfy.The kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked a couple of meals during our stay. Overall, it was a great house with thoughtful touches and awesome hospitality. We’d definitely stay again!

Thank you for having such a wonderful rental home. The house was great for our family during our spring break and son's baseball tournament. We loved many aspects of the home. The many bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone had privacy. Also, the large kitchen table so we could eat together. Also, the outdoor living areas especially the lower level. We used that to entertain and cook with the smoker. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

We are a group of very old friends of more than 50-60 years. Each year we take a trip for a golf outing/ reunion. We have atayed at many rental properties in many locations but to a man our entire group was overwhelmed by Katies house.First of all, the property is at a great location, close to the beach, on a canal at Cherry Grove Beach, convenient to sp much. Next was the layout, 6 bedrooms, 6 baths, 4 decks and so much open space. The house was immaculate when we arrive and equipted with everything anyone could need. Every room has a TV, the kitchen was fully equipted and everything in the house was in excellent condition.For the price, the house is more than worth every penny, our entire group would recomend it. Great for a guys golf trip, family beach trip, girls get-a-way.Best of all is how Kaite is always available for any assistance you may need or to check with you to see how your stay is going. Shs hands on and makes sure everything is the way you want it to be.Thank you Katie. We enjoyed it all.

The place was absolutely beautiful. They truly thought of everything. Host was super responsive to questions. The downstairs grill and bar was amazing.
