YOUR PRIVATE SPACE

Located in the lower unit of a duplex, offering approximately 1,000 sq. ft. of thoughtfully designed private living space.

Your entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom space and private entrance are exclusively yours during your stay. Private front porch.

The driveway is shared and may be used for loading and unloading only. Free street parking is available in front of the property.

Pets: This house is NOT pet-friendly.

We want your stay to feel easy from the moment you arrive. The Boutique on 11th is thoughtfully stocked with the everyday essentials you’ll need during your stay.

We provide white bath towels, white washcloths, bath mats, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand dove soap, toilet paper and other bathroom essentials.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a microwave (tucked inside cabinetry), coffee machine, cookware, dishes, glassware, silverware and everyday cooking essentials.

You’ll also have iron + ironing board, laundry detergent, dish soap, cleaning supplies, linens and other household necessities available during your stay.
